The Research On Management Effectiveness Of Fruit And Vegetable Farmers' Cooperatives In Chengdu

It is a new direction of agricultural and rural development in the new era to take industrial prosperity as the cornerstone,implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization and accelerate the modernization of agricultural and rural areas.As a new type of organized and socialized agricultural operation subject,farmers' cooperatives play an increasingly obvious role in accelerating the rational transfer of land,optimizing the allocation of resources,promoting the integration of advantages,enhancing the complementarity of interests,and improving the level of industrial operation by constantly improving the degree of agricultural specialization,scale,standardization,intensification and branding.Chengdu fruit and vegetable industry has strong strength and broad prospects.Fruit and vegetable cooperatives are developing vigorously relying on advantageous industrial resources.However,with the rapid increase of the number of cooperatives,the phenomenon of quality disharmony is becoming more and more serious.Whether the management elements realize the greatest contribution and whether the management is effective has become an important factor to determine the economic growth and high-quality development of cooperatives.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the effectiveness and influencing factors of Chengdu fruit and Vegetable Cooperative Management for further improving the level of cooperative management and promoting the development of rural economy.Under the guidance of cooperative economic theory,effective management theory and industrial organization theory,this paper takes Chengdu fruit and vegetable cooperatives as the research object,and based on the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars and in-depth field research in Chengdu,discusses the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of cooperative management;analyzes the current situation and existing problems of cooperative management development;and through 55 fruit and vegetable cooperatives Based on the survey data of cooperatives,using the production function model and the growth rate equation,the contribution rate of Chengdu fruit and vegetable cooperatives Management is calculated quantitatively;according to the contribution rate,the management effectiveness of cooperatives is classified by cluster analysis;at the same time,the influencing factors and the effect degree of the management effectiveness of Chengdu fruit and vegetable cooperatives are analyzed by multiple regression model;finally,this paper analyzes the contribution rate of Chengdu fruit and vegetable cooperatives Management from The management subject,management basis,management mechanism and management behavior are pointed out to promote the effectiveness of management of Chengdu fruit and vegetable cooperatives.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)based on the development of advantageous industries;there are 2237 fruit and vegetable cooperatives in Chengdu,accounting for 13.8% of the total.There are contradictions between quality development and quantity surge,lack of core management talents,weak modern office conditions,nonstandard and non-operational problems that need to be solved.(2)Management factors play an important role in the economic growth of fruit and vegetable cooperatives,but it is difficult to measure.By constructing the production function and growth rate equation of cooperatives,the calculation method is obtained.The data shows that the overall contribution rate of Chengdu fruit and vegetable cooperatives is low,the management does not play its maximum value,and the management is ineffective or inefficient.(3)The average age,educational background,experience,number of modern office equipment,financial personnel,management channel type,and the number of management training of the management subject can promote the effectiveness of the management of the cooperative,and the number of management conflicts can restrict the effectiveness of the management of the cooperative.
