Research On The Elements Of Leadership Of Agricultural Managers

Agricultural manager is the core of agricultural industrialization and large-scale management,and also the leader of agricultural modernization.How to improve the leadership of agricultural managers,make them more suitable for agricultural operation and management,and meet the operation and management needs of new agricultural operation subjects is the focus of current research.On the basis of studying and combing the meaning,structure and elements of leadership,this paper makes an in-depth study and analysis of the background and professional characteristics of agricultural managers,and analyzes and refines the elements of agricultural managers' leadership.According to the current situation of agricultural manager training and the defects of leadership training content,this paper puts forward the key points of agricultural manager leadership training,constructs a new training system,and lays a theoretical foundation for the improvement of agricultural manager leadership.For the first time,this paper studies the leadership of agricultural managers,a new profession of agricultural new business subjects,and develops the field of leadership research.This paper analyzes the elements of leadership,and compiles a questionnaire of agricultural managers' leadership.SPSS is used to analyze the survey data.The analysis results show that the questionnaire structure is good and suitable for the research of agricultural managers' leadership.In this paper,the leadership of agricultural managers is constructed as a five factor model of technology,decision-making,execution,motivation and influence.Through the structural equation model(Amos)for five factor model validation,and for four factors,three factors,two factors and single factor model comparison,to explore and verify the objectivity of data and the relationship between variables,the results show that the five factor model validation effect is better.In order to adapt to the needs of agricultural economic development and effectively improve the leadership of agricultural managers,this paper uses the leadership theory,combined with the relevant agricultural manager training,based on the elements of agricultural manager leadership,to improve the training system of agricultural managers,and puts forward the application suggestions of agricultural manager leadership structure model in the actual training.
