| As the core competitiveness of modern commercial banks,account managers have always been highly valued by major banks.Although there have been customer manager positions in Zhangye Branch of Agricultural Bank of China,there has been no systematic management,while subject to the influence of imperfect management system,insufficient management experience,lack of management team ability and other aspects,so that the bank can not achieve the expected results in the process of training of customer managers,making the development of some business of Zhangye Branch of Agricultural Bank of China subject to the unsoundness of the customer manager training system.This dissertation proposes optimization and improvement measures for the training system of account managers in Zhangye Branch of Agricultural Bank of China,aiming to provide theoretical guidance and practical direction for the long-term development of the account manager team of Agricultural Bank of China by combining the local market,optimizing and improving the training system of account managers as a basis,improving the comprehensive ability of the bank’s account managers as an action measure,and growing the business development of the bank’s account managers as a vision.This dissertation takes the optimization of customer manager training system of Zhangye branch of Agricultural Bank of China as the research theme,firstly,it describes the current situation of the construction of customer manager team of Zhangye branch of Agricultural Bank of China,and collects the current situation of customer manager training by using the questionnaire survey and interview survey of the bank’s staff and relevant personnel outside the bank,and points out the problems and causes of the construction of customer manager team of the bank at the current stage by the analysis of the current situation.The problems and causes of the current situation are analyzed.Secondly,through the analysis of the problems,the opinions and suggestions obtained from the interviews with leaders and colleagues at three levels,such as second-level branches,first-level sub-branches and branches,the training system of customer managers in Zhangye Branch of Agricultural Bank of China was optimized in all aspects,from improving the training system,enriching the content of training courses,strengthening the training teachers,diversifying the training methods,improving the training evaluation system,and improving the assessment mechanism of training results.The training system was optimized in six aspects,including improving the training system,enriching the training course content,strengthening the training teachers,diversifying the training methods,improving the training evaluation system,improving the training evaluation mechanism,and improving the assessment mechanism of the training results,etc.Strong implementation measures were proposed for the implementation of the training system in terms of company culture,environment resources and incentive assessment to ensure the smooth implementation of the training system.Through the optimal design of the training system,it can enable the Bank of Agriculture Zhangye Branch to quickly establish a comprehensive quality and strong business ability of account managers,and also provide strong support for the construction of the account manager team. |
