Study On The Development Strategy Of Flower Industry In Yinjia Town,Shenbei New District

Flower industry is a promising industry in the new century.Since flower industry became an independent industry,it has developed rapidly.In recent years,the United Nations Trade Organization through the statistics and analysis of the relevant data of the flower industry,found that the annual sales of flowers in the world continued to grow steadily.The development of flower industry can not only improve people's living environment and ecological environment,but also improve people's spiritual civilization.In addition,the development of flower industry can adjust the national agricultural structure and promote the common development of related industries.With the continuous development of national economy and the improvement of people's living standards,and the pursuit of high-level spiritual civilization,the flower industry came into being,occupying a place in all fields of society and life,so the development of flower industry is very important.In this paper,literature review,field survey and questionnaire survey are used to obtain data.This paper analyzes the development of flower industry in Yinjia town of Shenbei New District,analyzes their future development direction and competition situation,and mainly studies the development and problems of flower industry in Yinjia town of Shenbei New District.This paper collects data by means of questionnaires,which are distributed to farmers,enterprise personnel,township cadres and Forestry Bureau personnel.In this paper,two elements: constraints and risks are analyzed and combed.For the future development of flower industry in Yinjia Town,Shenbei New District,the future direction is determined through careful research,and the key content is summarized.The current research results have shown that the problems of flower industry development in Yinjia town of Shenbei New District are: small scale of industry,low level of production,difficult environmental protection and less cooperative management.The restrictive factors for the development of flower industry in Yinjia Town,Shenbei New District are: environmental protection,lack of development funds,less pest control and planting technology.The future development direction should be: integrated industry scale,unified production standards,strengthening green environmental protection and improving variety quality.The key points should be paid attention to: variety quality and safety,standardization of production standards,construction of information system and innovation of scientific research force.This paper summarizes and combs the industrial development environment and foundation of Yin's hometown in Shenbei New District,investigates the problems and constraints affecting the development of flower industry in Yin's hometown in Shenbei New District,and uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the problems and development direction,and discusses the key work.Finally,in view of these problems,the paper gives the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of flower industry in Yin's hometown,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions respectively from three angles,aiming at the growers,flower enterprises and local governments.In view of the government,it is necessary to strengthen the leading functions of the government,improve the flower industry system of Yin hometown,implement the relevant policies of flower industry to enhance the policy support effect,establish the information statistics system together with the Flower Association,strengthen the supervision and communication of flower production,standardize the environmental protection certification of various flower enterprises and individual growers,and formulate a unified production standard,Reasonably plan the layout of the industry to ensure standardized and clean production,and ensure the sustainable development of flower enterprises in Yin's hometown.In terms of enterprises,we should expand the production scale,improve the quality of flower products,standardize the standards of the whole industry,improve the quality level of employees,use modern information technology,build advanced management system of enterprises,innovate the mode of organization and cooperation,strengthen the management of flower industry chain,improve the ability of scientific research,and increase the promotion of environmental protection.In terms of farmers,we should improve their planting level,strengthen the training of their planting technology,give full play to the role of flower cooperatives,improve the service level of cooperatives,more cooperation with enterprises,and explore new cooperation models.
