Analysis Of The Core Competitiveness Of China Northern Rare Earth Enterprises

Rare earth resources are rare strategic resources and non renewable.They are indispensable materials in upgrading traditional industries,developing emerging industries and manufacturing power strategy in the new era.Thanks to the continuous breakthroughs in science and technology,and the gradual deepening of industrial transformation and upgrading,rare earth has played an increasingly important role,making outstanding contributions in many fields and deepening its application.But at present,there are still problems in the marketing concept,industrial structure and other aspects of rare earth enterprises,which leads to the weak core competitiveness of enterprises as a whole,so it is of great significance to evaluate the core competitiveness of large rare earth enterprises quantitatively.This paper takes north rare earth group as the research object,the 13 th five year plan as the guidance,the new development concept as the guidance,and the implementation of the policy of "high efficiency,pragmatism,simplicity,transparency and compliance".First,according to the business model and industrial environment of North rare earth group,through PEST model and Porter's five forces model,the macro environment and industrial competition environment faced by North rare earth group are obtained,and the advantages and disadvantages of the group are further analyzed,and the competitive disadvantages of the group are found;secondly,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used,The core competitiveness of North rare earth group is evaluated.Finally,according to the empirical results,aiming at the disadvantages of the core competitiveness,the paper puts forward the development strategy more consistent with its future development,so as to improve the core competitiveness.According to the results of the empirical analysis,through the development goals and principles of the core competitiveness improvement of the North rare earth group,from five aspects of strengthening the lean production management of the whole industrial chain,changing the management concept,adjusting the talent structure,optimizing the layout and extending the industrial chain,and cultivating the market mechanism,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the core competitiveness of the North rare earth group.Thus,the overall rare earth industry has made continuous progress in resource protection and utilization,industrial upgrading,application industry development,innovation capacity improvement,industry order rectification and optimization management,and the industry has developed and operated along a sound track.
