A Study On The Evaluation Of E-commerce Logistics Distribution Center

The development level of logistics is the decisive factor of competition among e-commerce enterprises,and the construction of logistics center of e-commerce enterprises is an important aspect to reflect the logistics ability of enterprises.In recent years,major e-commerce companies have continuously established new logistics distribution centers to improve the level of logistics distribution,enhance customer satisfaction,and enhance core competitiveness.How to improve the service level of logistics distribution center of e-commerce enterprises under the fierce competition is the most severe subject in front of us.Under the background of the new era,it is necessary to evaluate the logistics distribution center of e-commerce enterprises effectively,only in this way can we know all aspects that need to be improved emphatically,realize the improvement of logistics distribution level.Taking the A e-commerce logistics distribution center as an example,this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of its logistics distribution center by using factor analysis method,and compares the distribution center of the main existing logistics companies in China,and obtains the following conclusions: first,the A e-commerce warehouse turnover rate,distribution center cargo liquidity and distribution center warehouse utilization score is lower than 0.5,the other indicators score is generally higher than 0.5,which shows that A e-commerce logistics distribution center weakness in these three aspects.Second,in the comparative analysis,A e-commerce logistics distribution center overall ranked second,in the higher level of the industry;third,A e-commerce logistics distribution The score of service quality and distribution efficiency of the center is higher,but the score level of business process and function layout is lower.A the business process and function layout,these two factors of e-commerce logistics distribution center are similar to the design of other logistics distribution centers,so the score is relatively average,and its development level is also general;fourth,at present,the main problems of e-commerce logistics distribution center have five aspects,namely,the control of economic cost,the levelof infrastructure construction,the efficiency of warehouse management,the problem of imperfect business information platform and the lack of high-quality professional personnel;fifthly,the problem of A e-commerce logistics distribution center problems,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: choosing an economically appropriate logistics distribution model;enhancing investment in logistics infrastructure;improving the efficiency of warehouse management;improving the level of integrated information management;and vigorously cultivating high-level e-commerce logistics distribution talents.
