Research On The Transformation And Upgrading Of The Tea Industry In Wanzhou District, Chongqing

Industrial prosperity is the foundation and key point of Rural Revitalization Strategy,and the premise of solving all rural problems.The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the development of rural industries.Tea industry is not only a traditional advantage industry in China,but also an important industry with rural characteristics.Wanzhou District,located in the northeast of Chongqing and the heart of the Three Gorges Reservoir area,is a high-quality tea production area in the national tea industry system.In the 13 th five year plan for agricultural and rural development of Wanzhou District,tea industry is identified as one of the three characteristic leading industries of agriculture.With the strong support of governments at all levels,Wanzhou tea industry has developed vigorously,the scale of the industry has been expanding,the level of industrialization has been increasing,and the regional layout of tea production has been gradually formed.However,from the perspective of Wanzhou tea industry development practice,it is still in the primary stage,still facing many difficulties in development,and in urgent need of transformation and upgrading.Based on the theory of Agricultural Economics and industrial economics,based on the actual investigation and data collection,this paper studies the current situation and outstanding problems of tea industry in Wanzhou District,finds out the corresponding strategies through SWOT analysis matrix,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.The article is divided into six parts:the first chapter is the introduction.It mainly includes the background of the topic,research significance,research summary,main research content,research methods and innovation.The second chapter is the definition and theoretical overview of the transformation and upgrading of tea industry.It mainly includes the definition and characteristic analysis of industry,tea industry and industrial transformation and upgrading,as well as comparative advantage theory,industrial structure optimization theory,agricultural sustainable development theory,etc.The third chapter analyzes the current situation and problems of tea industry in Wanzhou District.Through field visits,literature analysis and other ways,master the main problems existingin the development of Wanzhou tea industry,including single product structure,small scale of tea enterprises,lagging brand construction,backward marketing means and other contents.The fourth chapter is SWOT analysis and strategic choice of tea industry transformation and upgrading in Wanzhou District.By combing the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Wanzhou tea industry transformation and upgrading,the SWOT matrix is established,and the development strategy of Wanzhou tea industry transformation and upgrading is put forward.The fifth chapter is the path of transformation and upgrading of tea industry in Wanzhou District.It mainly includes strengthening the leading role of the government,accelerating the construction of ecological tea garden,accelerating the construction of talent team,cultivating leading enterprises,strengthening brand construction,and innovating marketing mode.Chapter six is conclusion.
