Research On Farmers' Quality Problems And Countermeasures In Wanzhou District

At present,Rural Revitalization has become an important task of the Party's work.The main force of Rural Revitalization is hundreds of millions of farmers.Vitalization of the countryside is an important way to solve the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers.It is also an important measure to promote the modernization of agriculture,countryside and farmers in China.Therefore,the quality of farmers will directly affect the construction and implementation of rural revitalization.The purpose of this paper is to make more people realize the important role of improving the quality of farmers in the process of Rural Revitalization and construction under the background of rural revitalization.This paper mainly adopts the methods of concrete analysis of specific problems and questionnaire investigation and analysis.In this paper,the quality of peasants mainly includes five aspects: cultural quality,physical quality,scientific and technological quality,ideological and moral quality,and awareness of the rule of law.We should cultivate high-quality farmers with high culture,high technology and good governance in the context of the current rural revitalization.In this paper,the quality of farmers in Wanzhou District is taken as the research object,starting with the investigation of the quality of farmers in Wanzhou District,the current situation of the quality of farmers in Wanzhou District is introduced,the problems existing in the quality of farmers in Wanzhou District are pointed out,the causes of the problems are analyzed,and the Countermeasures for improving the quality of farmers in Wanzhou District are put forward.The full text is divided into six chapters: The first chapter discusses the research background,purpose and method of the subject,as well as research ideas,related concepts and definitions.Chapter two summarizes the research and conclusion analysis on farmers' quality at home and abroad.The third chapter analyses the current situation of farmers' quality in Wanzhou District.The main problems are low cultural quality,poor physical quality,weak scientific and technological quality,weak sense of rule of law and low ideological and moral quality.The fourth chapter mainly analyses the reasons that restrict the improvement of farmers' quality in Wanzhou District.The main reasons lie in the low culture of peasants,the serious consciousness of small peasants and the conservative ideas.As well as the long-standing unequal development of urban and rural dual economy caused by less investment in rural education funds and the allocation of scientific and technological resources and other reasons.The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of farmers in Wanzhou District in view of the background of Rural Revitalization in the new era.Firstly,we should strengthen the construction of rural education system and improve the cultural quality as the first step;secondly,we should improve the medical facilities and medical personnel of health clinics in rural areas to improve their physical quality;thirdly,we should make use of various resources to improve the quality of science and technology;fourthly,we should vigorously carry out law popularization and promote the quality of law;fifthly,we should strengthen the positive outlook on life and values,and enhance the quality of ideology and morality.Finally,we should cultivate farmers' market awareness and improve their management quality.The sixth chapter mainly summarizes the role of the improvement of farmers' quality in the process of rural revitalization,as well as the innovation and shortcomings of this paper.
