Under the background of Internet era,crowdsourcing,a new mode,has realized the "zero distance" of global economic development,which enables the Internet masses from all over the world to actively participate in various innovation activities,showing the power of knowledge and the power of the masses.The crowdsourcing platform has built a bridge between the enterprise and the public,which not only provides a powerful think tank for the enterprise,but also provides a new type of job opportunities for the Internet public,and widens the realization path of the public's self-worth.In the era of mass participation in economic activities,new forms of participation and cooperation are changing the way of invention,production,sales and distribution of goods and services around the world.The function of organizational entity is weakened.With the rapid development of economic globalization and the Internet,more and more enterprises and individuals try to find solutions through the Internet,crowdsourcing comes into being.Through crowdsourcing,enterprises can quickly and effectively solve their own needs of difficult problems,and the problem solver is the network public.Nowadays,crowdsourcing has been widely concerned in the field of knowledge intensive industry,and has gradually become a new research hotspot.The operation of crowdsourcing platform and bonus setting is one of the key issues in the study of crowdsourcing.This paper first introduces the development process,application background and concept of crowdsourcing,and combines crowdsourcing with related basic theoretical knowledge to solve the strategic problems in knowledge intensive crowdsourcing tasks by building a model.Through the model construction,it explains how the employer should set the task amount in a knowledge intensive crowdsourcing task,in order to better motivate the network public to make efforts,and thus obtain the maximum income,and in this case,what kind of response the network public will make to the bonus amount,in order to achieve the maximum of its own income.The employer maximizes profits by adjusting the amount of crowdsourcing awards,and the participants maximize their expected earnings through optimization efforts.In a knowledge intensive crowdsourcing task,there is an optimal policy equilibrium between the rational employer and the receiver.The expected payment of the receiving party will increase with the increase of the bonus amount in the crowdsourcing task,and the expected payment is affected by the size of their own ability.The stronger the ability of the participants in a fixed bonus amount crowdsourcing task,the greater the expected payment.And only the participants with enough ability can make more efforts in the task.Secondly,this paper studies the development of the famous crowdsourcing platform at home and abroad,and verifies the conclusion of the model through the operation mode of the platform.Through the case study of code city and innocentive,the paper sums up the existing problems of crowdsourcing,and gives some suggestions on the development of crowdsourcing.As a new service model,crowdsourcing can closely integrate with knowledge intensive industries,integrate idle resources around the world,and play a positive role in promoting the development of enterprises and economic society.In order to maintain and promote the professional and orderly development of crowdsourcing platform,it is necessary to gradually improve the pricing mechanism of crowdsourcing platform,establish and improve the network transaction credit system,pay attention to the protection of intellectual property rights,and improve the enthusiasm of network public participation.
