Innovation Culture,R & D Investment And Enterprise Performance

In the era of knowledge economy,culture is the magic weapon,scientific and technological innovation is the key,and the main body of innovation is inseparable from the enterprise,so from the perspective of enterprise internal research and development investment decision is crucial.At present,there are many researches on enterprise performance,and few scholars have explored its influence on R&D investment from the perspective of enterprise culture(innovation culture).Since 2016,China's entrepreneurs' survey system has published the index of innovation trend of Chinese enterprises for two consecutive years to analyze the growth and development status of Chinese entrepreneurs.The index takes the innovation culture as the influencing factor,which shows the importance of the innovation culture.As the most flexible organizational form in the market,technology-based SMEs are the main body of innovation.Most of them take innovation as the way of development.It is of great significance to explore the impact of innovation culture and R&D investment on technology-based SMEs.Based on existing research results,based on the measurement test of G company 2016-2018,on the basis of the relevant data in a culture of innovation and R&D as the main factor,study the enterprise innovation culture,the relationship between R&D investment and enterprise performance,comprehensive analysis of enterprise internal and external factors on the effect of R&D,rich cultural innovation,R&D of related research at the same time,to strengthen enterprise innovation power,ability,improve business performance.By case study,questionnaire and in-depth interview as the research method,first reviewed the domestic and foreign scholars about innovation culture,R&D,and the concept of enterprise performance and influence factors of enterprise innovation theory,theory of signal transmission,think through the culture of the enterprise system innovation and the influence of the atmosphere of enterprise innovation and enterprise development level and strength of increase to influence business performance.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the culture of innovation and R&D investment of G company,the author finds out the possible problems and the shortcomings that need to be solved from different angles.Finally,from the implementation of enterprise innovation culture and R&D investment in the two aspects of the improvement of the enterprise's countermeasures and Suggestions.The research found that innovation culture only exists in the system is not really implemented;the overall strength of research and development investment is insufficient,so that the enterprise performance cannot play to the maximum,which is an urgent problem for innovation-oriented enterprises to solve.Through the research results of innovation culture,R&D investment and enterprise performance,it is of practical significance to improve the practice of technology-based SMEs.
