A Study On The Influence Of Internationalization Of Enterprises On Their Technological Innovation

With the continuous development of economy and the continuous promotion of globalization,enterprises around the world are competing to seize the opportunity,accelerate the process of internationalization of enterprises.In order to seize market share,international operation is the best choice for Chinese enterprises.However,with the increasingly complex competition environment in the global market,enterprises must constantly improve their level of technological innovation,in order to make more reasonable and full use of various resources in the international market and accelerate the business development of enterprises.Many large-scale enterprises in China are competing to respond to national policies and have greatly improved their technological and independent innovation capabilities through the implementation of international strategies.However,there are also some enterprises in the implementation of international strategy results unsatisfactory or even disastrous.In the process of internationalization,Chinese enterprises have formed a mixed situation,which makes the research on the impact of internationalization on enterprise technological innovation become an important research topic.In order to explore the relationship between enterprise internationalization and technological innovation,this paper selects TCL,an old household electrical appliance enterprise,as the research object,to make an empirical analysis on the performance of enterprise internationalization innovation in 2003-2018,to study the influence factors of TCL Group's internationalization degree and enterprise technological innovation and the relationship between them,and to provide reasonable results for enterprises through empirical research Suggestions.This paper is divided into the following five parts:The first chapter is introduction,this part mainly introduces the research background and significance,related literature review,the research ideas,and finally summarizes the innovations of this paper.The second chapter,theoretical research,expounds the definition of internationalization and technological innovation,and the relevant theoretical analysis of the influence of internationalization on technological innovation,including reverse technology spillover effect,human capital flow effect and competition effect.Based on these three effects,combined with relevant literature,this paper analyzes the impact of enterprise internationalization on its technological innovation,and finds out the possible generation of enterprise internationalization on technological innovation The positive effect may also be the negative effect.The third chapter is the case analysis of the influence of TCL Group's internationalization on innovation.This part first introduces the company profile and internationalization process of TCL group at present,then analyzes the motivation of TCL Group's internationalization,then analyzes the impact of TCL internationalization on its technological innovation from three major effects,and finally analyzes the innovation effect of TCL internationalization on the group itself.Through the analysis of its development situation,it is found that enterprises should choose the appropriate internationalization path when they carry out the internationalization development,at the same time,they should pay attention to the internationalization training of talents,accelerate the internationalization process and improve the technological innovation ability.In the fourth chapter,the empirical study of TCL Group's internationalization degree on technological innovation.Firstly,based on the experience of scholars at home and abroad and combined with the research practice of this paper,a linear regression model is established to conduct empirical analysis and draw the following conclusions:(1)TCL Group's investment in technological innovation and the internationalization degree of enterprises show a positive linear relationship,which verifies that enterprises are in the stage of internationalization,With the deepening of internationalization,the innovation input of enterprises in technological innovation has also been improved;(2)there is a significant positive correlation between the output of technological innovation and the degree of internationalization,and the degree of internationalization of enterprises can promote the output of innovation;(3)the asset liability ratio,the growth of enterprises and the technological innovation of enterprises show a negative correlation,which is significant It is obviously higher than other control variables,indicating that when there is a high debt ratio,the level of technological innovation will decrease with the increase of business risk.The fifth chapter is conclusion and policy suggestion.It is found that the internationalization of enterprises can promote the technological innovation of enterprises themselves.Therefore,the government should encourage enterprises to go out,strengthen policy and financial support,and establish service
