Competition is a necessary factor for a market-oriented economic environment.The degree of competition between two enterprises is also largely determined by the progress of society and the development of science and technology.With the acceleration of social rhythm,competition is becoming more and more fierce,and a significant consequence of competition is the merger and acquisitions.A successful M&A behavior,not only can expand the scale of production enterprises,improve the market share,but also allow new enterprises to get a qualitative improvement,meanwhile,bring new vitality for the rapid development of enterprises.However,there are many success and failures M&A cases.It is much to be regretted that some cases become unexpected failure in an optimistic market environment..So,corporate mergers and acquisitions is not simple imagined to make the assets,funds together,nor is it simple to develop a cooperation agreement Enterprises in the process of mergers and acquisitions,will face failure for various reasons,which,cultural differences is a factor can not be ignored,because any enterprise can not have exactly the same culture,so M&A must face two different cultures of the collision And integration.There are many factors in the process of enterprise culture integration influence whether it can be successfully completed,.so it is necessary for us to conduct deeply analysis and research on the corporate culture of both sides of mergers and acquisitions,to prevent and circumvent the problem of cultural conflict in advance,summarize the rules and explore solutions,develop scientific cultural integration programs to ensure that cultural integration to provide power for mergers and acquisitions.Through studying the theory of corporate culture,the paper takes F company's mergers and acquisitions as an example.From the case of mergers and acquisitions of a science and technology company,this paper analyzes the cultural integration problem from the point of view.The basic principles of enterprise culture integration after mergers and acquisitions should be followed,and the corporate culture integration strategy which is suitable for the enterprise's own characteristics should be put forward,and the integration and management of M&A enterprise culture should be done well.Meanwhile,the cultural integration is a continuous work,even after the completion of the acquisition,the cultural conflict will still exist The necessity and importance of cultural integration should not be ignored,through this study provide a valuable reference to other enterprises mergers and acquisitions for cultural integration.
