Abstract/Summary:
As the world’s major economies stagnated for a long period of time,the ability of the world’s consumers further atrophy,in consumption growth has become a GDP(gross domestic product),under the main way of mobile communication terminal mobile phone as the main consumption of modern electronic products increasingly fierce competition,apple,samsung,huawei,millet,OPPO,foot flat in vivo and other mobile phone manufacturers,work hard,to reduce their own costs,improve the profitability of products,strengthen the function of the product and the characteristic,attract more consumers,Increase market share and ASP(average selling price).In this context,the author intends to conduct an in-depth study on the supplier selection and management strategy of camera module of X company,so as to improve and develop the supplier selection and management system of camera module of X company and improve the efficiency and benefits of camera module procurement.It is worth mentioning that X company is one of the pioneers in the integration of western and Chinese management concepts by integrating corporate culture into management ideas.This article first elaborated the research background and significance,and reviews the domestic and international scholars to supplier selection and management of related research,and then introduces the supplier selection and management,supplier classification,supplier evaluation,a win-win partnership concept and theory,through the PEST and five model analysis the camera module industry competition trend.Secondly,through the PDCA cycle model,the supplier selection and management process of camera module of X company was reconstructed.Through the scientific management evaluation mechanism and the existing corporate culture of X company,some deficiencies and loopholes of the existing system mechanism are made up.In combination with domestic and foreign advanced management concepts such as the seven-step method and AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP)proposed by professor hu jianbo,the camera modules of X company were reclassified and the order shares were redistributed,so that X company could gain more competitive advantages in the selection and management of camera module suppliers.Finally,through the analysis of the results of supplier selection and management evaluation of camera module of X company,this paper summarizes the experience of supplier selection and management of X company and the matters that should be paid attention to.Improve the global supplier strategy,improve the ratio of overseas factory suppliers,strengthen the localization of overseas factory supplier management personnel and the professional skills training of foreign supplier management personnel,so as to gain the competitive advantage in the overseas market.By referring to domestic and foreign advanced management experience and ideas,we constantly improve our own supplier selection and management process,system and organizational structure,introduce new suppliers,and enhance the competitiveness of suppliers.
