In the context of economic globalization and market informatization,with the advance of supply-side structural reform and the increasingly mature development of new and high technologies,state-owned road and bridge construction enterprises with technology as the core are facing new challenges.In the final analysis,the competition among enterprises in this industry is the competition of talents.Professional technicians are of vital importance,and the incentive management of professional technicians should be attached great importance.The effective application of incentive management can improve the work efficiency of professional technicians,stimulate their enthusiasm,tap their potential,closely link the enterprise goal with the employee goal,improve the employee satisfaction,promote the sustainable development of the enterprise,and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise.In view of this,optimizing the incentive measures for professional technicians,giving full play to the potential of technical staff,and establishing the incentive mechanism in line with the development of The Times are the primary tasks for the sustainable development of road and bridge construction enterprises.Based on the LQ road and bridge construction companies a large state-owned company as the research object,on the basis of study of domestic and foreign existing related research,face-to-face interviews,questionnaire survey,using literature analysis,methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis,the paper analyzes the current situation of professional technicians incentive management,it is concluded that the personal development,work environment,internal management,salary welfare,job design can positively significant impact on member satisfaction,and the degree of incentive effectiveness from big to small in turn as follows:personal development,salary welfare,internal management,job design,working environment.Through interview and questionnaire survey,find the current problem of company professional technicians incentive management,from the five aspects proposed targeted incentive management strategy,aims to solve the problem of enterprise management,hoping to take the technology as the core of road&bridge construction class state-owned enterprises incentive management professional and technicians to provide a reference.
