The market plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources, it becomes the main way of deepening the reform of economic system in an all-round way. The reform of state-owned enterprises has become the comprehensive deepening reform of a key link. State-owned enterprise reform is to enhance the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises in the market, and achieved good economic performance. In the case of a state-owned enterprise internal human resource management is an important source of enterprise core competitiveness. How to give full play to the potential of human resources? This requires to establish an effective incentive mechanism, and a set of effective compensation management system, and is indispensable to establish incentive mechanism.Taking longjian road &bridge corporation current compensation management as the breakthrough point, according to human resources management, compensation management related theory, using the method of combining quantitative analysis and orientation analysis through in-depth research and rational analysis, comprehensive contrast, summarizes the company in the enterprise idea, compensation structure, the overall competitiveness, internal equity, distribution and other problems, and formulate the scientific salary management planning.
