Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Informatization Construction In Xuzhou Dahuangshan Town

Informatization is taking places rapidly all over the country,including undeveloped areas,in this modern information society.Great efforts have been spent on rural information construction from all social levels,hoping to promote rural development.In this case,it is essential to encourage development in agriculture,rural areas and farmers with informatization.This article has clarified the problems within the process of informatization in Dahuangshan town,as well as the countermeasures,which are based on data collected from 14 villages,then giving requirements and advices on the fundamental facilities and service system.The investigation is based on 14 villages of Dahuangshan town in order to get further information of rural informatization.To achieve adequate data of current situation and understand the urgent needs for rural areas,interview and discussion methods have been adopted on local villagers and administrators.Through the analysis of the data,the current infrastructure construction of the rural infrastructure construction in the Dahuangshan Town,such as cable television,fixed telephone and mobile communication,radio and cable broadcasting,is relatively mature,with high penetration rate.However,there is low practicability and effectiveness in remote education,love agriculture information.The construction of Dahuangshan town information service system was for the farmers to solve the technical problems in the production process,as well as improving agricultural production and changing the agricultural farming methods to achieve the industrialization of agriculture.Taking these two aspects into consideration,it is relatively perfect.But it is not enough to achieve the matching between agricultural industrialization and its market,which results in failure of production and the market.Taking the village of Dahuangshan town as an example,the village has a lot of technical training for farmers,such as agriculture,cooking,handicraft computers,but neglected humanistic training and the peasants' education level and the awareness of information construction and informationization.The lack of awareness of the significance of agriculture brought about by the lack of information civilization is the emergence of the phenomenon of inadequate housing,which are fully illustrated in rural areas did not make full use of the advantages of information on how to do a good job in agricultural market planning and dissemination of civilized information so good service.The methods and the aspects of broadcasting and communication lead to the low acceptance of the farmers.
