In recent years, with the increasing participation of energy storage in the power system, the role of energy storage equipment in ensuring the safe and efficient use of electricity and promoting the reform of electricity market is becoming increasingly prominent. The commercialization of energy storage technology brings new challenges to the strategic choice of energy storage enterprises. The closed-loop industrial chain is a key node in the integrated industrial chain, which realizes the management strategy of the closed chain to a certain extent. The closed-loop industrial chain can change the industrial layout of enterprises, improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises, bring the scale economic effect to enterprises, but also can guarantee the supply and demand of enterprises, improve the circulation efficiency, reduce the transaction cost.As far as electrochemical energy storage enterprises are concerned, the closed-loop industrial chain can alleviate the disposal problems caused by the decommissioning of energy storage equipment on the one hand;on the other hand,it can reduce the pressure caused by the high cost of raw materials of energy storage equipment, stabilize the supply, and promote the sustainable development of energy storage enterprises. In this paper, the closed-loop industrial chain of electrochemical energy storage enterprises is taken as the research object, and the problem is discussed according to the ideas of theoretical research, model construction, empirical analysis and conclusion. In the part of theoretical research, this paper combs the relevant research literature in the past ten years from three aspects of industrial chain, enterprise value and the path of industrial chain's influence on enterprise value, and defines the relevant concepts involved in the paper and expounds the relevant theoretical basis in this paper. In the part of building the model, according to the current situation of the development of the electrochemical energy storage enterprise industry chain in China, combined with the theoretical basis, the research hypotheses of this paper are put forward respectively from the financing activities, business activities and investment activities of enterprises. In the part of empirical analysis, the hypothesis is verified. On the premise of the above hypothesis,we select the relevant data of listed companies of electrochemical energy storage at this stage, use structural equation model to study the influence path of different factors on enterprise value, and quantitatively reflect and analyze the problem through path coefficient. In the part of research conclusion, through theoretical research and empirical test, the conclusion of this paper is drawn: first, the closed-loop industrial chain has a positive impact on enterprise value through investment activities to the total asset turnover rate and current ratio;second, the closed-loop industrial chain has a positive impact on enterprise value through operating activities to the net profit and cost profit rate;third, the closed-loop industrial chain has no positive impact on enterprise value through the property right ratio and path in financing activities Research data support, but equity net profit has a positive effect;fourth, the closed-loop industrial chain directly has a positive impact on enterprise value.Generally speaking, the closed-loop industrial chain can bring positive promotion to the enterprise value, but its standardized factor load is only 0.195(t = 3.059).Therefore,when the enterprise can choose the strategy of closed-loop industrial chain to enhance the enterprise value,it should also consider the input-output relationship in combination with the specific situation of the enterprise.
