Soybean meal,as a kind of high protein,is the main raw material for t he production of livestock and poultry feed,accounting for about 60% of the domestic feed industry.In 2016/2017,China's consumption of soybean meal ranked first in the world.Global soybean meal consumption is expected to continue to increase year by year.Soybean oil,as the main oil in edible oil consumption in China,occupies the first place for years.The shortage of soybean oil supply has long been solved by importing soybean oil.The soybean crude oil imported from north China accounts for one third of the total import volume of China.Hebei Jiahao grain & oil company.is located in the Bohai new district of Cangzhou city,Hebei province,covering the market in H ebei,Henan,Shandong and Beijing,Tianjin and S hanxi provinces,which are competitive soybea n meal and oil consumer markets.In this context,in order to maximize the benefits of Hebei Jiahao Grain and oil company,it is necessary to reduce the company's various production costs and personnel costs.One of the key measures to reduce personnel cost s is to minimize the number of personnel in the compan y.In the case of reducing maintenance employees,in order to ensure that maintenance works meet production needs,we requires improving the work efficiency of the maintenance team.And how to effectively improve the maintenance team work efficiency is placed in the company's the critical path of development and expansion.The maintenance team is becoming more and more important,the task is more and more heavy,the company is more stringent requirements on t he production running rate,so the maintenance team is more and more challenging and pressing.Under the premise of reducing the consumption cost of various materials,the company hopes to undertake the maintenance work with the minimum labor cost,which re quires the maintenance team to keep a high work efficiency.However,there are a lot of problems in the maintenance team,such as delayed maintenance,high work rework rate,lazy attitude of staff,long time of fault treatment,and more fault shutdowns.Therefore,the work efficiency cannot be improved.In this paper the problems of the maintenance team,using literature,interview and questionnaire survey,actively communicate with maintenance employees,understanding maintenance employees daily work status,and the detailed analysis of the fishbone diagram method,found maintenance team work efficiency is low there are four main factors,including the unreasonable department performance appraisal methods,the low skill levels of employees,the poor enthusiasm of employees and complicated departments work flow.In view of the existing problems,after communicating with human resource department,I formulated the new employee salary system,established technical backhands,conducted some small courses,developed a more open meeting system,launched the employee personal development plan,issued the work order in advance,and carried out the preventive maintenance work done by special guys,so as to improve the work efficiency.According to the above methods to imp rove the work efficiency of the maintenance team,targeted and powerful safeguard measures should be taken to ensure the smooth implementation of the plan.
