The Evaluation Of The Project Team's DEA Efficiency And The Efficiency Improvement Strategy

With the development of the economic society,a growing number of enterprises are adopting the form of team to improve the flexibility and efficiency of the organization,in order to deal with the complex economic environment and the customized needs of clients,enhances the competitiveness.Although teams are widely applied,it doesn't mean all of the teams are effective.This thesis is designed to help the enterprises find the effective way to improve the team's efficiency.Firstly,this thesis gives definition of the project team and team efficiency.Secondly, compared with several kinds of team's efficiency evaluation methods,it selects the data envelopment analysis method which has comparative advantages in evaluating the multi-input and multi-output decision-makings to establish the project team's DEA(Data envelopment analysis) efficiency evaluation model oriented by input.Thirdly,this thesis has further combined the characteristics of team project with the enterprises' team efficiency evaluation and the purpose and requirement of management,established a comparably three-dimensional model and team efficiency evaluation index dimension model,in order to improve the general applicability and practicality of this evaluation model.This thesis analyses the fundamental theory,application principles,procedures and methods of the project team's efficiency evaluation model explicitly.It can be used to guide the enterprises to use this model to evaluate the project team's efficiency.Meanwhile provides a new strategy which is maneuverability to improve on the team management and team efficiency.
