China has entered a new era,new development concept should be carried out in the new era.The Economic Growth Pattern turn to qualitative growth has become the theme of the times. It means we no longer rely on factor input but to improve use efficiency of the factor. As the supporting industry of manufacturing industry,if productive services industry agglomeration can promote total factor productivity. This paper theoretically analyzes the impact of productive service industry agglomeration on total factor productivity, and divides productive service industry into five industries from the perspective of industry heterogeneity: transportation, warehousing and post, information transmission, computer service and software, finance, scientific research, technical service and geological survey, leasing and business service industry, with The data of 30 province-level regions of China in 2006-2015 to do empirical analysis. This paper is including following contents: firstly, describe the background and significance of the theme. Then summarize the literature review of the current academic research. This paper analyzes the mechanism of the impact of industrial agglomeration on TFP.Using location entropy to measure the industry concentration degree,I found that productive service industry has reached a relatively high agglomeration level, but there is a large gap between different regions.Compared with the central and western regions, the Eastern region has a very obvious higher agglomeration level,so unbalanced regional development is the main problem in China.Using DEA Malmquist model to measure the TFP of 30 regions in each subsectors of productive service industry, found that there is a certain similarity in the development of five industries in each province. At the same time, the gap of TFP between different industries is gradually widening, and the hierarchical differentiation is becoming serious. It can be seen that the TFP's change trend and degree of different industries also have heterogeneity.According to the calculated location entropy and TFP index, and take human capital level?traffic development ?government intervention?foreign direct investment?fixed assets investment as control variables establish regression model to do empirical analysis.Static panel regression concludes that transportation, warehousing and post industry, information transmission, computer services and software industry, leasing and business service industry concentration all have a negative impact on the TFP.Dynamic panel regression concludes that TFP is greatly affected by lag phase. And also found that productive service industry concentration have a negative impact on the TFP.By introducing the quadratic term of industrial agglomeration into dynamic panel regression,I found that there is a u-shaped nonlinear relationship between industrial agglomeration and TFP in four other industries except the financial industry. In different industries, each control variable have different influence on the TFP,positive or negative, and the influence coefficient is also different, which shows that there is great heterogeneity between the sub sectors of productive service industry. Finally, according to the theoretical and empirical results,Draw conclusions and policy recommendations. We should promote the diversified development of productive service industry, enhance the division of labor and cooperation among regions. The government should guide the industry to gather reasonably, give full play to the agglomeration effect, attach importance to talent training and introduction, and carefully select the types of foreign investment.
