| Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has always shown a stable development trend,and now it has become the world’s second largest economy.In the context of rapid economic development,the acceleration of urbanization increases the urban labor market competition;the relevant national policies encourage enterprises to improve the work quality and satisfaction of the employees,using various new technologies to optimize employee management and life quality,the competition becomes fierce and the pressure on human resources is increasing,and how to realize the continuous development of enterprises has become the main issue of concern.Employee satisfaction refers to the degree to which an employee is satisfied or unneeded in the organization.Employee satisfaction,as an important symbol between the sustainable development and the growth balance of an enterprise,is also one of the internal impetus to promote the benign development of an enterprise.At present,how to improve employee satisfaction has become a concern of many enterprises.Therefore,this paper takes an engineering consulting company as an example(hereinafter referred to as DF company),analyzes the main influencing factors of employee satisfaction of the company through questionnaire survey and analysis,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve employee satisfaction.This paper selected DF company as the research object,draws on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on employee satisfaction,combined with the status of human resources development of DF company,sorted the influencing factors of employee satisfaction,and divided them into five dimensions:work return,work itself,working group,working environment and learning growth.After the design,distribution and collection of questionnaires,statistical analysis of survey data,find out the reasons affecting employee satisfaction,and propose improvement strategies from different levels,hoping to fundamentally improve the satisfaction of DF employees and promote the common growth of employees and the enterprise.According to the investigation,the employee satisfaction problem of DF Company is mainly reflected in the following points:urgent compensation and welfare system;insufficient single authority of work content;little communication between employees;poor comfortable working environment;and limited career development of employees,This study is based on the questionnaire survey work returns,work themselves,work groups,working environment and learning and growth of five dimensions put forward to promote DF company employee satisfaction countermeasures,in order to effectively improve DF employee satisfaction and improve the company human resource management results,and build a good growth platform for employees. |
