Study On Application Of PPP Model In Infrastructure Construction Of Tong Ling Yi'An Economic Development Zone

According to the data from China Public Private Partnerships Center,by March 2020,9,458 projects had registered in the management database of the PPP integrated information platform,with a registered capital of 1,4391.5 billion yuan,including 958 demonstration projects with a value of 2,101.5 billion yuan.PPP model has been widely used in infrastructure construction of development zones in China,providing effective financing channels for infrastructure construction projects in development zones,promoting economic development and social progress in development zones,thus reducing local financial burden and broadening financing channels for various infrastructure projects.The participation of social capital enhances the competitiveness of infrastructure and creates economic benefits.For Yi An PPP performance monitoring system needs to be promoted through open zone,unclear,incomplete decision-making procedures and responsibilities,income distribution mechanism is not mature,unclear orientation of the management committee of development zone,the lack of enterprise cooperation is not strong enough,the lack of analysis,specific to Yi An economic development zone of infrastructure PPP project as a case,a comprehensive analysis of the application of PPP model in the infrastructure development zone,to control all kinds of possible risks in advance,promote the development of infrastructure construction better,faster development,further promote the development zone management.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature citation,field research,comparative analysis and inductive analysis.1.Further clarify the research ideas,contents and methods of PPP mode evolution and PPP mode operation at home and abroad by using the literature citation method.2.Use inductive analysis method to introduce relevant public choice theory,project full cycle theory and new public management theory and policy background,so as to provide theoretical support for the PPP project analysis of infrastructure in Yi 'an Jingkai Development Area.3.Analyze the current situation,shortcomings and causes of THE PPP mode in Yiwu Economic development Zone by using the field research method.4.The path of PPP mode in the development zone should be optimized by applying comparative analysis method and combining with comparative studies of two foreign cases.
