As the test area of economic development and reform, economicdevelopment zones in china, which have high economic growth, innovationaladministrative system and the good use of scientific and technologicalachievements, play important role in national economic and social development.As one of the country’s various economic development zones, the developmentof Loudi Economic and Technological Development Zone is also depend on therapid progress in infrastructure. Although some achievements have beenacquired in these years, but relatively lagging investment and financing systemhas si gnificantly restricted the subsequent development of Loudi Economic andTechnolo gical Development Zone.
