| With the deepening of economic globalization and the deepening of China’s opening to the outside world,China’s capital market is growing up.At the same time,various foreign investors continue to pour in,mostly through the securi ties market,which intensifies the competition in the domestic securities market.Meanwhile,the domestic securities companies are making transformation,especially the concentration of head securities companies,which further reduces the survival space of small and medium-sized securities companies.Therefore,the increasingly fierce market competition in the securities industry is increasing the test of the management level of domestic small and medium-sized securities enterprises.Performance management and assessment is an important part of modern enterprise management.In recent years,the securities industry has gradually used the refined management theory to strengthen its own performance management.However,each securities company has its own develo pment characteristics.How to avoid being mere formality and find performance management and evaluation mechanism suitable for its own characteristics has become the focus of transformation and development.In this context,the improvement of performance m anagement system is an important task for securities companies.This paper analyzes the main problems in the practice of performance management of Huitong by mainly using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis an d combined with the actual situation of Huitong securities business institutions in performance management,especially use questionnaire survey method,so as to find countermeasures to improve the performance management system of Huitong securities busines s institutions,and further optimize the performance appraisal system.Specifically,the full text can be divided into the following parts.First of all,starting from the background and significance of performance management of securities companies,this paper makes a technical route based on combing the research status at home and abroad.Then,through the theoretical analysis of the enterprise performance management system,this paper introduces the current situation of Huitong securities business organization performance management in the aspects of assessment subject,assessment cycle,assessment index,assessment method,communication and feedback,and application of evaluation results.In order to comprehensively diagnose the problems of performance m anagement system of Huitong securities business institutions,this paper adopts questionnaire survey and interview methods,and finds that there are unscientific performance indicators,insufficient effectiveness of performance objectives,lack of appropri ate methods and methods in performance appraisal,inadequate use of assessment results,and obstacles in communication and feedback of performance appraisal results There are six problems,such as obstruction,lack of implementation of performance improvem ent,and the reasons are analyzed.Finally,according to the analysis of the existing problems and causes,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and guarantee measures for the performance management optimization of Huitong securities business institutions,mainly from the improvement of the performance appraisal system,the performance implementation process control,the performance communication and feedback,and the application of the performance appraisal results,and puts forward the safeguard meas ures for the implementation of the performance management optimization scheme.Through the research of this paper,it can not only provide policy reference for the performance management of securities industry,but also contribute to the enrichment of perf ormance management theory,so it has certain theoretical and practical significance. |
