At present,my country's economic structure is continuously optimized and upgraded,the real economy is facing difficulties,coupled with the marketization of interest rates,financial disintermediation,and the development of Internet finance,banks are facing unprecedented pressure and challenges.As an important resource,talents are related to the expansion of business scope,the improvement of profitability,the enhancement of comprehensive strength,and future development prospects.If banks want to survive and develop in fierce competition,they must see whether they can use scientific and systematic incentive mechanisms to attract and retain outstanding talents to create more benefits for the company.Bank managers also regard the incentive mechanism as an important part of corporate management.A good incentive mechanism has gradually become one of the key factors for the successful competition of banks.On the basis of the incentive theory,this paper took employee satisfaction as a breakout,and introduced H Branch's basic situation,the existing salary,the performance evaluation,the training and education,the employee promotion,and the employee reward and punishment incentives.It was found from a comprehensive survey on the satisfaction of the work,the work payback,the work background,the interpersonal relationship and the enterprise that H Branch has many shortcomings in terms of the employee incentives,such as imperfect performance evaluation mechanism,relatively simple form of training and education,narrow promotion channel and superficial spiritual motivation.In view of these problems,this paper put forward some suggestions on the incentive mechanism in line with the reality of H Branch from the aspects of the employee salary incentive system,the employee personal growth system and the working environment incentive system.
