With the development of cloud computing,mobile Internet and social media,the concept of "big tourism data" has gradually penetrated into various fields of tourism,and it has become an important means to support the development of wisdom tourism.Through the analysis and excavation of big data,it is necessary to reflect the tourism preferences and attribution of tourism information and related information such as the preference of tourists,the source of the attribution,the age segment,the sex statistics,the number of days of stay,and the consumption content.These analyzes are changing the way that tourism operates and the public travel behavior,which had a tremendous impact on the government decision-making,business operations and consumer spending.How to make use of big data and other advanced technology to create a systematic and intensive integrated tourism service system,achieving and efficiently using the sharing of tourism resources and social resources,became an important direction of the future development of tourism public services.Based on the theory of public service and choice,this paper argues that the tourism public service system is an integrated system related to tourists and tourism,which is a multi-system with many subsystems,sectors and elements.The construction of a new type of tourism public service system based on big data includes the use of new technologies such as cloud computing,internet of things,timely and accurately grasp of tourist travel data and business information for tourism enterprises.What’s more,to build a real-time interactive platform for information sharing and collaboration for tourists,business and industry managers.In the empirical study,this paper put forward the construction of Hangzhou tourism public service system based on the big data.Relying on the advantages of new technology of the data collection,the construction of Hangzhou tourism public service system,which based on big data,integrated the data of tourism consumption chain including preparation,traveling and evaluation.Customers need to the public service have four new features:fragmentation,intelligence,timeliness and platform.We need to provide a systematic tourism public service by supplying services on public information services,safety and security,transportation,administrative services and convenience.In the process of service supply,the traditional offline media and the new online media should be integrated and complemented with each other,and realizing the goal of multi-dimensional touching to tourists.Finally,technology,institutions,capital and talent become an important guarantee for the sustainable operation of this system.
