Research On Hu Qiaomu’s Official Documents

“Official Document” is the concept of documentation.Documents are “the general term for all written information”,including official documents and private documents.Thus,official documents are defined as opposed to private documents.Colloquially,an official document is “all written material except for the part of the document relating to personal affairs.” Hu Qiaomu as our party’s government affairs staff,in all kinds of official activities retained by the written materials are official documents.Hu Qiaomu is the “first pen of the CENTRAL Committee of the COMMUNIST Party of China”,which enjoys a high reputation both inside and outside the Party.These official documents are basically collected in Hu Qiaomu Anthology and Qiaomu Wencong.Although the academic circle has been studying Hu Qiaomu since the 1950 s,and the fields mainly involve the press and publication,the study of party history,the life of characters,etc.There are few studies based on the text content of his official documents.Therefore,this thesis focuses on the text content of Hu Qiaomu’s official documents from the categories,connotations,language styles and so on,and then explores the work experience and enlightenment that Hu Qiaomu gives to contemporary civil servants in the writing of official documents.This thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research status of Hu Qiaomu and his official documents,and the research value and deficiency of contemporary research.The second part is the classification of Hu Qiaomu’s official documents,mainly including official letters,publicity and conference affairs.These three types of official documents have different characteristics.The third part explores the connotation of Hu Qiaomu’s official documents,and analyzes the connotation of party history,culture and practice contained in the text.The fourth part analyzes the language style of Hu Qiaomu’s official documents,focusing on the precise style,sharp style,rhetoric and other aspects of discussion,so as to further explore the formation factors of the language style of Hu Qiaomu’s official documents.The fifth part outlines the contemporary value and work enlightenment that Hu Qiaomu’s writing of official documents gives to contemporary civil servants.For example,from the aspect of writing official documents,“official document language pursues precision”,official document form realizes “aesthetic feeling”,official document content strives for “abundance”,etc.In terms of their own ability,civil servants should improve their ability to combine theory with practice,enhance their awareness of self-improvement,and correctly deal with the relationship with leaders.This thesis addresses the content of Hu Qiaomu official documents detailed text analysis,to construct document study perspective of official documents of the specific classification,from text content to language style,which two aspects,on the basis of predecessors’ deeper more in-depth research,so as to further explore Hu Qiaomu official documents for the writing of contemporary political appointees value and revelation of the work.
