With the rapid development of China's economy,various enterprises are facing more and more pressure of market competition.In the manufacturing industry,in order to survive in the competition,enterprises must improve the production efficiency of the production lines,reduce the production cost,in order to face the market calmly.The production line is mostly an assembly line operation.If an enterprise wants to increase productivity and meet customer order requirements,it must balance the production line.The balance of production line refers to the optimization and improvement of the bottleneck process,the priority order of operation process,equipment and personnel of the production line under certain constraints,so as to balance the work load of each workstation and achieve "one-stream" production of production lines.The case enterprise is a typical manufacturing enterprise.In recent years,with the diversified demands of market products,the enterprise has incorporated smart speakers into its product line.The production line of its smart speaker is upgraded from the old production line,so the production line needs to be optimized and balanced.Taking a case enterprise as an example,this paper makes a systematic analysis and research on its intelligent speaker production line,finds its production problems,and proposes solutions to improve the efficiency of the production line.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and research status of the paper,and then explains the methods and theories used in the optimization of the production line balance.Secondly,it analyzes the production status of company C's smart speaker production line,and analyzes the production process and production process of the production line.Then use the job measurement method to collect data on the production line and analyze that the current production line has a low equilibrium rate.Combined with the actual production conditions of the production line,the industrial engineering method is used to analyze the process from the production process and production process of the production line,and propose a specific optimization plan.After optimization,the genetic algorithm based on Matlab is further used to optimize the production balance of the production line optimized by industrial engineering method.Finally,the balance effect analysis after optimization was conducted,and it was concluded that the balance rate of the smart speaker production line was increased from 71.66% to 89.20%.This subject combines industrial engineering method and genetic algorithm to optimize and improve the smart speaker production line of company C,optimizes the balance of its production line,and derives a process for balancing and optimization of the smart speaker production line.This can provide a certain reference value for the balance research of other production lines of company C.
