The setting for this action research project was the College of New Caledonia (CNC), Quesnel Campus. The problem to be addressed in this project is the inadequate and ineffective collaboration and teamwork within the campus organization.; The findings from the study suggest that leaders intent on facilitating effective collaboration and team learning need to be aware that collaboration, teamwork and learning are highly complex phenomena and are impacted by many interdependent variables linked to the different levels of organizational behaviour and analysis. This study has shown that within the human social system represented by a small college campus there is a daunting array of detail and dynamic complexity across individual, group and organization levels of behaviour.
