Abstract/Summary:
Similar to the U.S., increasing demand for and costs of long-term care has driven other countries' efforts to serve more people in need at home while controlling costs. This paper explores the common concerns and current modifications in seven other nations: Canada, Israel, Japan, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
