In recent years,with the in-depth advancement of supply-side reforms,China's economic and social development goals have changed from the pursuit of high-speed growth to the pursuit of high-quality development,which has led to a significant increase in the strategic position of scientific research and innovation.Scientific research and innovation is the first productive force,and it is also the strategic support for building a modern economic system.However,the science and technology financial system is a complex whole.There is a large correlation between science and technology financial input and technology financial output.The conversion efficiency of input is also affected by many factors.With the deepening of technology financial research,how to improve technology Financial efficiency and improving the conversion rate of input to scientific and technological output have become a hot topic for many scholars.This paper takes the development status of science and technology finance in Yixing City,Jiangsu Province as the research object,based on DEA data envelopment analysis method,and designs the corresponding input and output indicators with reference to the existing indicator construction system and the obtained data.-Since2018,the input and output data of local science and technology finance development,static processing of science and technology finance efficiency in Yixing City was first carried out,and the corresponding comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency were calculated;the Malmquist index was used to observe the recent The changes in technical efficiency,changes in technological progress,pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency,and the volatility of the M index over the years have been analyzed.Then through the Tobit model,an empirical test of each influencing factor is carried out.From the perspective of government support,financial market development,human capital,per capita GDP,technological innovation level,and scale of high-tech enterprises,these variables are explored for the comprehensive efficiency of science and technology finance in Yixing influences.Through the analysis of the empirical results of the model,the following main conclusions are drawn:(1)The overall development trend of science and technology finance in Yixing City is in good condition and is in a relatively effective state;(2)Good technological innovation capability is the current value of the efficiency of science and technology finance in Yixing City.The key factor of a higher level is that changes in total factor productivity are closely related to changes in technologicalprogress;(3)In some years,the scale efficiency of science and technology finance is invalid.Collocation,improve resource utilization.(4)The degree of government support,the degree of financial market development,the regional economic level and the scale of high-tech enterprises all have different degrees of promotion effect on the input-output efficiency of science and technology finance.On the basis of this research,according to the development status of local science and technology finance in Yixing City,combined with the results of empirical analysis,targeted countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from the three levels of government,financial system and technology enterprises,in order to effectively improve the efficiency of science and technology finance in Yixing City Promote the benign interactive development of science and technology finance in Yixing City,so that the economy of Yixing City can embark on a high-speed road driven by innovation,quality and efficiency.
