Research On The Settlement Form Of The Upper Hutuo River In The Pre Qin Period Supported By GIS

Since the beginning of the new century,significant progress has been made in archaeological work in the Upper Hutuo River area during the Pre-Qin period.Excavation reports or briefings on important sites in the area during the Pre-Qin period have been published,providing an important foundation for the establishment of the archaeological cultural sequence in the area;especially the upper Hutuo River The publication of the results of the regional full-coverage regional system survey provides important data support for exploring the settlement patterns and spatial layout of the pre-Qin period in the region.Based on the current chronology in the area,this article uses the existing archaeological materials and Arc GIS software to observe the settlement patterns of the pre-Qin period in the upper reaches of the Hutuo River;try to summarize the spatial distribution of the settlements in the area during the pre-Qin period.In addition,Xinfu District and Dingxiang County,which have no regional systematic survey results,constructed archaeological site prediction models based on the results of spatial analysis to provide a useful reference for future archaeological work.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background of the topic selection of this article,including the definition of the scope of time and space,the reason for the topic selection,the general situation of archaeological work in the area and the research status,research methods,purpose and significance;the source of the data and related explanations.The second chapter is about the natural environment and climate in the study area.Including the modern natural environment climate and the natural environment and climate in the pre-Qin period.The third chapter is the study of settlement patterns in the upper reaches of Hutuo River in the pre-Qin period.Mainly use Arc GIS software to study the upper and lower sections of the area respectively.Including elevation analysis,slope analysis,aspect analysis,river buffer analysis,using the nearest distance method and multi-distance spatial clustering analysis to study the spatial distribution patterns of settlements in each period of the pre-Qin period;The two districts and counties of Xiang built archaeological site prediction models and evaluated the models to make preliminary explorations of the spatial distribution of the sites in the two districts and counties during the Pre-Qin period.On the basis of relevant research,it roughly outlines the social complex picture of the pre-Qin period in the region.Chapter 4 is the conclusion.Explain the main results of the research and explain the deficiencies of the article.
