Soil resources have been the root of our life since ancient times. The Law of the people's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of soil pollution shows that it clearly supports the relevant departments of the ecological environment in establishing the basic database of the soil environment. Therefore,it can be seen that the systematization of soil heavy metal pollution assessment has become an important direction. This paper is also devoted to the study of soil pollution assessment. On the basis of traditional research methods, combined with GIS,it is based on Arc GIS spatial analysis module.Based on Visual Studio, the spatial information system of soil pollution is established by using C # programming language through Arc Engine component connection. The system not only has the function, but also is convenient to operate, and realizes the intelligent human-computer interaction with the traditional one, which can conveniently and succinctly analyze and evaluate the heavy metals in the soil of the research area quickly and effectively. In this study, the heavy metals manganese Mn,arsenic As,cadmium Cr,lead Pb,mercury Hg,chromium Cd and U as well as nickel Ni,cobalt Co and antimony Sb,which are common in soil pollution, are taken as the basic heavy metal objects. The core functions of this paper include: first, the basic data import function, the basic data is.mxd file data containing heavy metal information of soil sample points, second, spatial interpolation function, using Kriging interpolation in Arc GIS statistics module to carry on spatial analysis.Third, the pollution assessment function of single factor, there are many kinds of pollution elements in soil, because different needs have different emphasis on different kinds of heavy metals, therefore,It is necessary to study each heavy metal element separately. In this paper, the single factor pollution assessment method is used to study the spatial distribution of different elements. The main pollution factors in the study area can be well distinguished by obtaining each single result.Fourth, the multi-factor comprehensive pollution evaluation function, because the whole soil pollution is produced by the interaction of many elements, the single factor analysis can not get the overall effect. In this paper, the Nemero comprehensive pollution assessment method can be used to obtain an overall pollution situation of the soil in the study area under the interaction of various elements. Finally, taking the data of heavy metal concentration in a certain area of Jiangyou,Sichuan Province and its surrounding soils as an example, the system is used to evaluate the pollution scientifically and quickly, and the function of the system is verified at the same time. That is to say,a complete display of the system is carried out.
