Construction Of China Ocean Research Result Database Platform System

China has been doing ocean mineral resource survey and research for 20 years, and gained a great mount of scientific research data and basic graphics in geology,geophysics,hydrology,meteorology,chemic,biology. However, due to the lack of regard and outlay, the work of ocean research result data management has deployed in full extent. There are not regulations of data management, and the data does not have unit management. Most of the data is in many departments separately, which makes difficult to share the result data gained by ocean mineral resource survey and to exchange data with researchers abroad. So, constructing the China ocean research result database platform system which can preserve and manage the data scientifically is the task with first priority. This paper brings forward the collective framework and China ocean research result data serial standards through researching the constructions,usages and management of relative data management systems in and out China, and basing on the structure characteristic of ocean research result data. This paper fulfills the ocean research result database and the database management system which has the functions such as database input,data management,data querying using database technique,network technique,computer graphic technique,computer software technique. This paper also researches and fulfills the multi-methods of database query and expression of query result, and ocean research result check and accept sub-system basing on the characteristic of check and accept of ocean research result.In conclusion, the research of this paper fulfills the functions of information collection,storage,mutil-way dynamic query,analysis and display of China ocean research result data, and composes ocean research result share information system, thereby satisfies the need of management and application of ocean research result data of ocean survey and research persons, which can provide data share and assistant-decision support service for the research and development of ocean mineral resource.
