Case Study On Multiagency Coordinated Governance Of Water Resources In Dalian

Water resources are the essential necessities of human production and life,and the prerequisite for human survival and social and economic development.Water resource management has always been a hot social issue.At present,China’s economic and social development momentum is rapid.However,due to the rapid development speed,there are some insufficient and uncoordinated phenomena.For example,in order to maximize the benefits,some illegal enterprises ignore the most basic requirements of water resource governance,and they do nothing in water resource governance,pursue economic benefits,and directly damage the achievements of water resource governance and water resource governance system,It is a serious threat to the safety of drinking water for residents and has a negative impact on social order.Therefore,the government must attach great importance to the issue of water resources to protect the people’s water bowl.Based on the main research line of Dalian water resources multi sector collaborative governance,this paper summarizes the existing problems in the current water resources collaborative governance by using data research,case analysis,in-depth interview and comparative analysis,and summarizes the main problems affecting the operation of Dalian water resources collaborative governance,including "unclear function positioning","backward regulatory means" "Communication and coordination are not in place,information is not shared","coordination system is not perfect","working attitude is not active" and other five aspects,"The function coupling is not accurate","the supervisory means has not kept pace with the times","the lack of effective information communication","the coordination system is too broad","the benefit coordination is not clear",etc.,the feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,and the generalized research conclusions are summarized,which can provide reference for improving the level and efficiency of coordinated water resources governance in Dalian.
