| Qiongbei area,which is a hot summer and warm winter,but heating is not considered in winter.Traditional houses in Qiongbei area are generally lacking mechanical environment control methods,actively using passive technology to deal with the impact of climatic factors on the indoor microclimate and the damage to the material structure.This article is based on field surveys of residential houses in Qiongbei,a large number of physical environment tests,and a review of research on residential climate adaptation strategies.Based on bioclimatic design theory and thermal comfort theory,a multi-perspective research method of residential climate adaptability is constructed,emphasizing that the content of residential climate adaptation includes climate characteristics,namely the external environment,as well as the goal of climate adaptability,namely buildings and residents.This article uses this research method to analyze and verify the climate adaptability strategies of traditional and newly built residential houses in Qiongbei area.And,the prototype of the design strategy extracted from it is applied to contemporary architectural design.This allows residential houses to make the most of the favorable factors in the local climate,avoid unfavorable factors,and create an acceptable indoor environment as much as possible through various climate adaptability strategies.First of all,based on the climate characteristics of Qiongbei area,and with the help of Cliamte Consultant climate analysis tool,a preliminary summary of the passive design strategy based on climate: Qiongbei area has the worst thermal comfort from April to October throughout the year,and windows are shaded,ventilated and cooled.Air-conditioning,refrigeration and dehumidification have an effective and ideal effect on thermal comfort;an analysis of passive strategies and individual measures forSecondly,the traditional and modern houses in Qiongbei area are selected for investigation and surveying.Among them,traditional houses are divided into 2 types according to the space type: single-court style and courtyard style,and 2 types according to the component materials: stone and wood dwellings,brick-wood dwellings;Modern residential buildings are divided into 3 types according to the space type: centralized,series,and contact.Summarize and analyze the evolution process of the architectural form and architectural space of traditional and modern dwellings,as well as the use,renewal and abandonment of climate measures in traditional dwellings by modern dwellings.Then,based on the above conclusions on the climate adaptability of local residential houses from the three perspectives of climate,architecture and people.From the architectural space,it includes five aspects: architectural orientation,horizontal space,vertical space,semi-outdoor space and auxiliary space;and the construction of building materials,including walls,roofs,wall foundations,and openings in the enclosure structure.These two aspects summarized the climate adaptability strategies applicable to the residential houses in Qiongbei area,and verified and analyzed the strategies.Finally,based on the extraction of the prototype of the residential design strategy in Qiongbei area,combined with the development model of the residents in Qiongbei.Design strategies and suggestions are put forward for the renewal,and the development of new residents and traditional residents is proposed.The design adapts to the needs of residential development. |
