With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the tourism industry has achieved unprecedented development.The people's demand for tourism is gradually increasing,and tourism has become an important part of my country's national economy.In addition,the rapid development of electronic information technology and GIS technology has strongly promoted the development of mobile terminal services in China,and provided technical support for the development of new scenic service methods.Under the background of the continuous development of new technologies and the growing prosperity of the tourism industry,the traditional scenic area service methods can no longer meet the diverse needs of users,and it is of great significance to develop a scenic area service system based on GIS.Most of the existing scenic spot service systems have problems such as poor visualization,single function,lack of real-time communication and poor user experience.In order to solve these problems,this paper adopts the hybrid development model of Android embedded Web View,based on the Cesium 3D open source library,Web front-end technology,Web GIS and other technologies,and uses a layered architecture to design and develop a mobile termal3 D GIS system for scenic spots.The main work and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Through interviewing scenic area managers and tourists,and considering the existing problems of the current domestic scenic area service system,the overall requirements of the system and the main functional modules(model operation,data sharing,2D map,3D scene)are determined,and the foundation is based on this completed the system architecture design and functional module design.(2)In order to solve the problem that the moving average algorithm cannot effectively inhibit accidental noise in trajectory optimization,this paper proposes a limiting average filtering algorithm.First,a limiting filtering algorithm helps to overcome the accidental noise of received GPS data.Next,the received GPS data filtered with a moving average algorithm to inhibit periodic noise.Experimental results show that the limiting average filtering algorithm can effectively inhibit the noise in the trajectory data and make the trajectory curve smoother(3)In order to solve the problem that the A* algorithm ignoring the road cost in path planning,this paper proposes a path planning method based on improved A* algorithm.First,weight the heuristic function of the A* algorithm to improve the computational efficiency of the algorithm.Secondly,taking into account the interference factors of scenic spots,two influencing factors that road condition level and scenic spot popularity are introduced into the evaluation function of the A* algorithm.Experimental results show that this method can effectively reduce the calculation time and road cost,and improve the efficiency of path planning.(4)In this thesis,based on the Cesium open source 3D map engine library,a mobile terminal 3D GIS system is developed.In the developing process,Web View frameworks and such programming tools as js,Html are used.And functions such as attribute inquiry,3D navigation,path planning,scenic spot explanation,point of interest,trajectory display,multimedia information collection,and sharing of data are realized.Finally,the system is tested to verify the feasibility of the system.
