With the rapid development of economic construction in our Country, the construction of the coal industry is developing rapidly too.In the process of coal mining,a large number of date need to be collected and managed. Urban construction and development is accompanied by some farmland expropriation into construction land, land acquisation and resettlement data to be processed is increasing correspondingly. Land acquisition is the insurmountable step in the construction of urban development. At present, most of the land acquisition data are collected, ented, calculated and counted by manual.lt cost a lot of labour power, material resources and money,it also prones to error and reduces the authority of land acquisition data.In order to improve the efficiency of the land acquisition information collection, to ensure the accuracy and current potential of the information.According to the characteristics of land acquisition information, following the principles of reliability, stability, simple interface, efficiency, standardization, advancement and scalability, this issue overall designed the structure and function of the system. On the basis of solving the key technologies such as the bluetooth virtual serial communication between the mobile terminal system and total station, network RTK positioning based on the Ntrip, wireless network data security transmission based on GPRS, we developed the land acquisition mobile terminal system on the integrated of GNSS/GIS successfully, and the application of it have been carried out. Practice shows that the system has greatly reduced the error rate of the collection of information and improved the efficiency, made the integration of the survey that inside and outside the house come true.
