Spatial Organization Development Of New District Based On POI Data ——Taking Harbin New District As An Example

The development of cities marks the progress of modern civilization.China is currently in the stage of rapid urbanization expansion.In the critical period of urban development and improvement,cities present high-speed economic and spatial extension growth.Both megacities and small and medium-sized cities by creating new ways to represent the ability of urban development,and the lack of orientation,there is no advantage industries city new district became more housing projects,and even empty city,highlight urban space problems,land use efficiency is lower,the public service ability is insufficient,worsening urban traffic congestion,social differentiation,Reduce the urban efficiency and competition ability,serious interference to the sustainable and healthy development of urban economy and society in our country,this also is in the pursuit of new district economy,the function,speed,at the same time reflect a considerable amount of planning,the specific city new district development advantages,find the decisive factor in the development of new district,scientific and reasonable positioning and planning the urban new district,The time has come to define its direction.Based on the spatial distribution pattern of the new district,this study analyzes the future development direction of the new district,analyzes its influencing factors,and provides ideas for the development of the urban spatial structure of Harbin New District.This paper consists of four parts,including the research background,research objectives and significance of new urban areas(Chapter 1),theoretical research(Chapter 2),empirical research(chapter 3,4,5,6)and research conclusions(Chapter 7).The main research contents are as follows:The research background is the entry point of this paper.From the research objective and significance,the key problems to be solved are proposed to clarify the main content of the research on the spatial organization structure of Harbin New District.Theoretical research is the theoretical basis and support of the whole paper.This paper discusses the concepts related to urban spatial organization structure,summarizes the development process of new urban areas at home and abroad,and systematically summarizes the research theories at home and abroad.It mainly includes the study of the relevant concepts of urban new area,the development context of urban spatial organization theory and relevant theoretical research.By sorting out the research progress and comments at home and abroad,we can fully understand the interpretation of the development of urban new area at home and abroad,and fully learn from it,laying a theoretical foundation for the study of the spatial organization of new area in this paper.Practical research is an important part of this paper,including: using POI data to demonstrate the spatial organizational structure layout of Harbin New District,mainly through the analysis of the degree of agglomeration of various ground objects,and observe the urban spatial layout from the degree of agglomeration of commercial centers.POI data are used to analyze the spatial structure layout,establish the evaluation index system,and explore the factors influencing the spatial layout of Harbin New District.By studying other mature state-level new districts and drawing lessons from relevant urban regulation policy experience,the development instability and planning uncertainty of new districts in the development stage are made up.The main conclusions of this study are summarized as follows:(1)Harbin New Area is in the initial development stage,and the overall urban construction shows a spatial organization pattern of "plane-pole-core multi-center cluster",and the number of urban facilities gradually decreases from the center to the periphery.(2)The diversity layout of urban service facilities construction has obvious central agglomeration,and the mixing degree from the central area to the edge area gradually decreases from inside to outside;(3)Harbin New Area has the mode of multi-commercial center,which overlaps with the overall spatial agglomeration center and develops in coordination;All kinds of commercial facilities are highly concentrated.(4)The new district has not yet formed a mature development scale,the spatial polarization phenomenon is obvious,the regional development is not coordinated,and some regional positioning accords with the direction of urban planning and industrial structure.The shortcomings are discussed and the innovation points are put forward for further research.
