According to the development requirements of Q company,as far as possible according to lean production to finish the new plant layout design for C company.There is an P-Q analysis of the various types of products and spare parts,then to research and analyze the situation of the layout,and identify the improvement projects.Based on the improvement projects,this study have proposed the improvements schemes,and the main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Systematic analyze on shop floor problems and identify improvement projects.With the comprehensive use of the related knowledge of lean production and industrial engineering,the analysis on the process,production capacity,layout and value stream is made.And diagnose problems on site,identified the specific improvement projects on rubber plant.(2)The improvements on workshop layout.According to the identified improvement projects,and make a layout design on mixing and curing workshop.Mainly based on the concept of lean production to make a design on workshop layout,then to solve the current problem of plant.The study have drawn three schemes of wokeshop layout,then use AHP to make asystematic evaluation to choose the best layout.Finally,the study has to evaluate the improving effect.(3)Workshop materials distribution design.On the basis of the plant layout,the study has designed the materials distribution program on workshop,including the design of material baskets,benches and material trolley.It is a substantial increase in work efficiency of workers,and has achieved the purpose of province.(4)Summarize improvement results and analyze the deficiency in the improvements and put forward the ideas and direction of future research.
