Because of various special properties emergence of new blended fiber,proposed the development of dye new challenges,especially in wash fastness of fibers.The current European requirements for clothing and wash fastness of 4 or above,while the other requirement of sportswear is reached 4?5.making the ordinary dyes used in blended fiber can not meet the requirement and require new disperse dyes to appear.This requires a high wash fastness of disperse dyes.In this paper synthesized a highwash fastness disperse blue dye.First,3-(N-ethyl)amino-4-methoxy acetanilide(?)was synthesize-d from 3-amino-4-methoxy acetanilide as raw material by catalytic hydrogenation,the yield of product is 94.8%with purity of 97.5%.Second,3-(N-ethyl-N-methoxylonemethyl)amino-4-methyl accetanilide(?)was synthesized from 3-(N-ethyl)amino-4-methoxy acetanilide and methyl chloroacetate,using anhydrous sodium carbonate as a acid-catcher and toluene as solvent,The optimum reaction conditions were obtained,that is,the mole ratio of 3-(N-ethyl)amino-4-methoxy acetanilide to methyl Chloroacetate was 1:1.1,reaction temperature is about 100?,solvent 10.4 mL and 3-amino-4-methoxy acetanilide to sodium carbonate was 0.56.Under these conditions,the yield of 3-(N-ethyl-N-methoxylo-nemethyl)amino-4-methyl accetanilide was 96.8%with purity of 96.1%.Then,2-bromo-4,6-dinitro-2'-Acetyl-4'-(N-ethyl-N-methoxy carbonylmethyl)amino-5-methoxy azobenzen was synthesized from 2-bromo-4,6-dinitroaniline diazonium salt and 3-(N-ethyl-N-methe-xylonemethyl)amino-4-methyl accetanilide,the yield is 97.5%.Finally,four cyano diazo disperse dye were synthesised from 2-bromo-4,6-dinitro-2'-Acetyl-4-(N-ethyl-N-methoxyca rbonyl-methyl)a-mino-5'-methoxy azobenzene and another three halogenated substrate azo dyes,adding formamide,acetic anhydride,cuprous chloride and sodium acetate,the yield is from 73.4%to 84.9%.The synthesis of dyes and dyes intermediates by MS,IR and UV to determine the structure.In addition,the dyeing performance testing with cyano dye,in polyester was carried out on the color fastness tests.The experimental result shows:When the dyeing depth of 2%,the uptake rate can reach 85.3%or more,dye bath pH chesen 3 to 5,the dye was fastness and rubbing fastness is 4?5.
