DOW XLA fiber has many advantages, and its application is increasingly widespread. Therefore, on the basis of introducing the weaving of DOW XLA fabric, the thesis studies the structural parameter change and the performance change of DOW XLA fabric before and after the process of finishing, as well as the factors affecting of DOW XLA elastic knitted fabric tensile elastic properties and to promote in the theoretical level the further understanding and awareness of DOW XLA elastic fabric and to provide some theoretical support for practical application.The thesis selects the knitwear of cotton intertwined with XLA as the research object, through DOW XLA elastic yarn and spandex yarn tensile properties and the testing of resilience to analyze the advantage of DOW XLA elastic yarn tensile strength and resilience. The thesis introduces the fabric weaving of DOW XLA elastic knitted fabric, pre-treatment and finishing processes and studies the structural parameter change of DOW XLA fabric before and after the process of finishing. It aslo studies the stretch elastic property of DOW XLA elastic knitted fabric and analyzes the draft ratio, XLA content, XLA's linear density, fabric density, fabric structure, setting temperature and time and other factors which affect the DOW XLA elastic knitted elastic properties.The following conclusions are drawn by studying: XLA fiber is softer than the spandex extensibility and its fabric is more next to the skin and more comfortable. During the weaving process, operators should pay attention to the yarn feeding means, yarn guide application and the coordination of the upper and lower needle into the circle and etc. The tension size of XLA bare wire makes a notable impact on the quality of the XLA stretch fabric. DOW XLA fiber transmission line in the process of drafting ratio should reach 2 to 3 times, if the draft ratio is too small, woven fabric is not flexible enough. The content of Fabric Drape XLA has little effect on the elastic recovery properties of fabric and fabric content XLA shows a good linear relationship. Fabric samples are smaller than drafting, the content of XLA is more, then the rate of elastic recovery is higher and the plastic deformation is smaller; the filament of XLA sample is thicker, the rate of elastic recovery is higher and the plastic deformation is smaller. The density of the fabric has certain effect on its elastic properties of the sample. Setting the temperature too high and too low are not conducive to the increased flexibility in the fabric.
