With the popularity of healthy green sports and leisure lifestyle,sports and leisure clothing began to appear in people's vision.The popularity of sports and leisure clothing has made the market competition for sports and leisure consumption more and more fierce.The improvement of people's living standards has made consumers more and more demanding of the quality of sports and leisure apparel fabrics.As the earliest synthetic fiber,polyamide fiber has more excellent characteristics.With the decrease of the raw material cost,more and more manufacturers are paying attention to the development of polyamide fabric.First of all,in order to study the influence of different materials on the comfort of polyamide mixed knitted fabrics for sports and leisure,cotton yarns,cationic polyester yarns and modified polyamide yarns are selected in this paper to be knitted with ordinary polyamide 6 as plain-plated stitch,and pure polyester yarns is set up as a comparative sample.The basic parameters,thermal-wet comfort property(thermal resistance,moisture resistance,wicking height,the rate of water evaporation and air permeability)and wearing property(bending stiffness,antifuzzing and pilling property,snagging resistance,dimensional stability,color fastness to perspiration and color fastness to washing)of the four samples are tested and analyzed.The results showed that although the cotton fiber has good moisture permeability,due to the twisting of the cotton yarn,the fiber pores are small,and the cotton yarn is easy to expand after moisture absorption,which affects the wicking height and fast-dry property of the polyamide-cotton mixed-knitted sample;the modified polyamide has good thermal-wet comfort,with increased moisture absorption and wicking effect is remarkable in wicking height and fast-dry property;the ultrafine polyester has more capillary between the fiber and the fiber,so that the polyamide-ultrafine polyester mixed knitted sample also has good thermal-wet comfort and wearing property;the pure polyester plain plated stitch fabric is significantly poorer in thermal conductivity,moisture conductivity,wicking ability,and air permeability than pure polyamide sample or polyamide-ultrafine polyester mixed sample.Secondly,in order to study the influence of different stitch structure on the comfort of polyamide mixed knitted fabrics,in this paper different double-layer fabrics are knitted with7.78tex/68 F polyamide 6 and 8.33tex/72 F 100% cationic polyester as the main yarns.The inter layer is polyamide fabric and outer layer is polyester fabric.The first reason is that can combine the characteristics of good moisture permeability,good abrasion resistance and elasticity of polyamide and fast-dry property and good crease-resistance of polyester.Second,it can reduce the polyamide yarn ratio to reduce manufacturing cost.Four kinds of samples are developed through the use of a tuck,jacquard and flat needle combination of two sides,a polyamide-ultrafine polyester mixed interlock sample,and a pure polyester sample with the same stitch structure are used as comparative samples.The basic parameters,thermal-wet comfort property and wearing property of the six samples are tested and analyzed.The results of the study indicate that on the one hand,the thermal-wet comfort of the samples with tuck loops is better than that the interlock knitted sample,because tucking can increase the porosity in the fabric and the transfer capacity of liquid water;on the other hand,too much number of tuck turns,over-concentrated design of fabrics does not provide good wearing comfort.The comparison between the polyamide-polyester mixed samples and the pure polyester samples also show that although the pure polyester fabric has good fast-dry property,their wet resistance and wicking height test results are inferior to those of polyamide-polyester knitted sample interwoven,so polyamide-polyester mixed knitted samples have better wearing property.Third,in order to have a more comprehensive evaluation of the developed samples,this paper integrates the measured experimental data,and the thermal resistance,wet resistance,wicking height,the rate of water evaporation rate,air permeability and bending stiffness are determined used as objective evaluation indicators for wearing comfort.Using the fuzzy analysis method,through the questionnaire method,the weights of the indicators in the objective evaluation are determined,and the evaluation system of polyamide mixed knitted fabrics for sports and leisure is established,and a comprehensive evaluation is conducted.Through comprehensive evaluation by fuzzy analysis method,it is found that for the plain-plated stitch fabrics,the polyamide-polyester mixed samples and the modified polyamide intertwined samples have achieved a good evaluation;although the moisture absorption of cotton fibers is higher than polyamide and polyester,polyamide-cotton mixed fabric samples are not suitable for the development of polyamide mixed knitted fabrics for sports and leisure.For polyamide-polyester mixed combination stitch,the samples combined by tucking and flat stitches are all well-assessed;the thickness is smaller,and the samples with uniform tuck distribution are evaluated to the highest;while the interlock fabric samples are structurally compact.It impedes the transfer of liquid water,and its comprehensive evaluation is the lowest among the combination stitch samples.In addition,regardless of the plain-plated stitch samples or combination stitch samples,the assessment of polyamide-polyester mixed fabrics is significantly higher than that of pure polyester fabrics.At the end of the paper,all the developed polyamide mixed knitted fabrics for sports and leisure are made into running suits,and their subjective comfort,i.e,feelings of stuffy,thermal,wet,sticky,massive and soft is evaluated separately.The subjective comprehensive evaluation of the comfort of mixed knitted fabrics of polyamide for sports and leisure are conducted,and a comparative analysis with the objective evaluation of the comfort of mixed knitted fabrics of polyamide for sports and leisure are conducted that: For plain-plated stitch samples,polyamidepolyester mixed fabric and pure polyamide fabric which subjective and objective evaluation of polyamide fabrics is slightly different.This is due to the fact that pure polyamide fabrics have large curling in objective tests.However,polyamide-polyester fabrics are superior to polyamidecotton mixed sample and pure polyester sample in both objective and subjective evaluations.For the combination stitch samples,the objective evaluation of the thermal-wet comfort is consistent with the subjective evaluation.The interlock knitted structure is not suitable for mixed knitted fabrics of polyamide for sports and leisure because of its close structure and the subjective and objective evaluation is the lowest.The small thickness and tuck uniform distribution of the polyamide-polyester mixed combination stitch samples is the best choices for the development of early summer sports and leisure fabrics.
