In recent years,wool products have gradually developed in the direction of being lighter and thinner for all seasons,and the application of light and thin knitted wool fabrics in close-fitting thin clothing fabrics has gradually increased.Wool textile enterprises usually use the method of blending wool with different fiber raw materials to realize the complementary performance of each fiber raw material and improve the close-fitting comfort of wool knitted garments.However,at present,wool textile enterprises mostly rely on experience to develop related products,which lack of sufficient theoretical basis,and their performance are unclear.In order to provide an effective reference for the development and design of related products for wool textile enterprises,this topic will comprehensively evaluate the thermal and moisture comfort performance of light and thin knitted fabrics with different wool blended yarns,and evaluate the actual application effect of light and thin sweaters under certain environmental conditions.First of all,this topic selected 4 kinds of wool blended yarns commonly used as close-fitting knitted wear and 3 kinds of tucking texture with different ratios,and then prepared 12 kinds of fabric samples,and prepared 3 kinds of pure wool fabrics as a control group.Ensure that the yarn linear density,yarn raw material blending ratio and fabric on-machine density and other specifications are the same.This experiment compares and analyzes the basic performance of each sample by testing the two structural parameters of yarn hairiness and twist,and the basic parameters of fabric loop density,areal density,thickness,etc.,for subsequent thermal and moisture comfort performance analysis.The test results show that: the harmful hairiness value of wool blended yarn is higher than that of pure wool yarn.Among them,the harmful hairiness value and twist of wool/lyocell blended yarn are the largest,and its knitted fabric will cause obvious irritation to the skin;wool/coolmax polyester and wool/nylon blended yarns have less harmful hairiness and twist,so their knitted fabrics are more gentle on human skin;all fabric samples belong to light and thin knitted fabrics,the wool/lyocell knitted fabrics are the thickest,and the wool/coolmax polyester knitted fabrics are the thinnest.Secondly,this topic tested the thermal and moisture comfort performance of fabric,including heat dissipation,air permeability,moisture absorption,moisture dissipation and moisture conductivity,and explored the influence of the two factors of yarn raw material and knitted structure on the thermal and moisture comfort performance of light and thin wool blended knitted fabrics,and conducted an objective comprehensive evaluation.In addition,the human body has different requirements for the thermal and moisture comfort of the close-fitting fabric in different wearing scenes.Therefore,in order to reasonably select light and thin wool blended knitted fabrics suitable for close-fitting wearing,this topic conducted an objective comprehensive evaluation of the thermal and moisture comfort performance of the experimental fabrics based on the activity characteristics of light and moderate intensity.The results show that: the yarn raw materials have a significant impact on the heat dissipation,the air permeability,the moisture absorption,the moisture conductivity and the moisture dissipation of fabric;the knitted fabrics which raw materials are wool/lyocell,wool/coolmax polyester,wool/polypropylene,wool/polyamide are suitable for textiles worn next to the body in light activity;the knitted fabrics which raw materials are wool/lyocell,wool/coolmax polyester,wool/polypropylene are suitable for textiles worn next to the body in moderate-intensity activity;the knitted structure has a significant effect on the heat dissipation,the moisture conductivity and the moisture dissipation of fabric.The higher the tuck ratio,the better the objective comprehensive evaluation result of the heat and moisture comfort of the light and thin knitted fabric.Finally,through the analysis of the results of human wearing experiments,this topic selected the type of wool blended yarn that is most suitable for close-fitting wearing in a certain practical situation.In the process of research,this topic explored the differences in the human body's physiological thermal and humidity parameters and subjective perception evaluation in the wearing situation of light or moderate-intensity activity.And then this topic carried out the matching test of the subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation of the thermal and moisture comfort performance of the fabric samples,and obtained the results of the overall comfort of the wool blended yarn used in the close-fitting knitted garments.The results show that: the light and thin sweater made of wool/nylon blended yarn is most suitable for wearing close to the body during light activities,and its overall comfort is the best,and the feeling of stuffiness,heat and irritation is the least obvious;the light and thin sweater made of wool/coolmax polyester blended yarn or wool/polypropylene blended yarn is most suitable for wearing close to the body during moderateintensity activities,and their overall comfort is the best,their wetness is the least obvious,their irritation is moderate;the light and thin sweater made of wool/lyocell blended yarn is the least suitable for close-fitting,and its irritation is the most obvious,so its contact comfort is the worst.
