In accordance with the survey on the current situation and development prospects of small and micro enterprises(2019-2022)released online by China Market Research,the number of small and micro enterprises in China has exceeded 95% of the total number,nearly covering all industries of the national economy,and they have truly become the main channel for employment and the absorber for new employment.Nevertheless,the development of small and micro enterprises faces many difficulties due to their small-scale and poor risk resistance and the crowding out effect of large enterprises.According to American Fortune magazine,the average life span of small and micro enterprises in Chi na is 2.5 years,the development prospect is generally uncertain,the management foundation is weak,the salary,welfare insurance,working environment and other conditions that can be provided are poor,and the attraction to talents is low.Simultaneously,the concept of talents of small and micro enterprises' owners is relatively backward,and they do not pay enough attention to employee recruitment and training,enterprise culture construction and other aspects.Especially in recent years,the rising lab or cost of enterprises has increased the difficulty of human resources supervision of small and micro enterprises.Therefore,this paper aims to explore how to manage and control the human resources of small and micro enterprises through effective measures and form a set of human resources management system matching with the development mode of these enterprises.This paper combines normative research and empirical research.Normative research mainly focuses on the carding of human resource management theories of small and micro enterprises at home and abroad,investigating the dynamic development process and chara cteristics of related fields all over the world,and elaborating the important significance of human resource management to the development of small and micro enterprises of Shandong AX commercial Kitchenware Co.,Ltd.The empirical research mainly takes S handong AX commercial kitchenware Co.,Ltd.as an example to discuss the research background,significance,ideas,methods,contents and values of small and micro enterprises represented by the company,and to describe the small and micro enterprises,the definition standards and the concept of human resource management.Through the analysis of the company's human resource management in the allocation,development,evaluation,incentive four core functions.On the basis of the theory of human nature hypothesis and incentive theory,this research introduces SWOT analysis to establish the influencing factor model through field survey,questionnaire survey and employee interview,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced,and comprehensively expounds the current situation of the enterprise in terms of post setting,employee compensation,performance management,employee training,corporate culture,etc.Combined with its disadvantages and defects,using the designed human resource management questionnaire,this paper describes a number of human resource data,obtains more accurate data information,explores the causes of human resource management problems,so as to carry out targeted improvement program design.Through strategic measures including the reform of hiring system,salaries system,performance appraisal system and the training system,and the establishment of core cultures of corporations to increase the awareness of managers of small or micro enterprises in human resources management.The concepts of human resources management will be built,the customized strategic human resource management system will be established,the managers' theoretical level will be increased,and the values of employees will be maximized to achieve the leaps of quality of corporations human resources management.
