China's numerical control machine tools have a large quantity and a wide range,and their total energy consumption and carbon emissions are huge.Research on energy modeling and energy-saving methods of numerical control machine tools is of great significance for energy conservation and emission reduction in manufacturing industry.There are few special researches on energy modeling and energy-saving optimization of CNC lathe spindle system,especially the model and energy-saving method that comprehensively consider transient energy and steady energy of spindle system need further in-depth analysis and research.On the basis of analyzing the power and energy characteristics of the NC lathe machining process,the paper firstly analyzes the energy interaction between the instantaneous and steady processes of the NC lathe spindle,at the same time,takes the spindle speed as the energy linkage parameter,carries out the instantaneous and steady energy linkage analysis of the spindle,which provides the analysis basis for the subsequent mathematical model construction and energy optimization of the instantaneous and steady energy consumption of the NC lathe spindle system.Secondly,the steady-state energy model and transient energy model of CNC lathe spindle system and the energy model of CNC lathe spindle system considering both steady-state energy and transient energy are mainly studied.On this basis,the transient-steady state energy optimization research of the CNC lathe spindle system without considering the spindle start-up to the rotational speed n0 and the transient-steady state energy optimization research of the spindle system with considering the spindle start-up to the energy n0 are respectively carried out,and the optimal initial rotational speed of the CNC lathe spindle under different scenes is obtained,which is used to guide the energy saving of the CNC lathe.Finally,the energy-saving method research and energy-saving effect analysis of the spindle system of the numerical control lathe are carried out,and an example analysis is carried out.The research results of this paper have certain theoretical and practical guiding significance for energy saving of CNC lathe spindle system and energy saving and emission reduction of manufacturing CNC machine tools.
