| In recent years,with the deepening of world economic integration,the sustained development of global trade liberalization,the strong rise of emerging international economic regions,the increasingly fierce market competition and the increasing competitive pressure faced by enterprises in various countries.In order to meet the requirements of the new situation,industrial enterprises in various countries need a more scientific and reasonable management method and mode to guide and promote the business development of enterprises.Therefore,lean six sigma management is increasingly being widely concerned and used by industrial enterprises in various countries.Lean six sigma is the combination of lean production and six sigma management,which combines lean philosophy in lean production with dmaic methodology of six sigma management theory.it can not only find waste and improve efficiency through the application of lean methods,but also achieve the purpose of improving enterprise product quality and customer satisfaction through six sigma management.Studying lean six sigma management in enterprises has a direct promoting significance in optimizing business processes,controlling process capabilities,effectively utilizing resources,reducing costs and reducing inventory in China.In this paper,D enterprise laboratory efficiency improvement as the research background,first of all,the background and significance of the study was introduced,the current lean six sigma research status was summarized and summarized;Secondly,lean and six sigma and their combination are introduced respectively.Next,the general situation,business process and existing problems of enterprise D and enterprise laboratory are analyzed,and the feasibility of lean six sigma management is put forward according to the existing problems.Then enter lean six sigma project research stage,in DM stage,the main process of affecting the efficiency of the test,namely sampling and experiment,respectively,the definition of Y and measurement system analysis,determine the target of Y,verify the accuracy and reliability of the measurement system,and use MSA to find out the influence factors of the sampling process,at the same time,the experimental part of each experiment process and action decomposition,found that there are many non-value-added time;In the AI phase,the sampling part verifies the influence of each factor on Y,and puts forward specific improvement measures for each factor.the experimental part solves the problem of more non-value-added time through the combination of actions of different experimental items.Curing these measures in phase C to form a monitoring schedule for the project;Finally,the expected benefits of lean six sigma management in laboratory efficiency improvement are evaluated,and the evaluation results are positive and effective.There is little research on lean six sigma management in laboratories,especially in enterprise laboratories.through the research on lean six sigma management in laboratories,we can provide reference for other types of laboratories and play an important role. |
