Electric arc furnace smelting heat source from electric energy gradually evolved into electrical energy,chemical and physical energy combined to provide energy for electric arc furnace smelting.Diversified energy inputs not only shorten the smelting cycle but also reduce smelting costs.Reasonable energy supply strategy is important to steel companies and ensure the smooth progress of smelting.Based on the actual craftwork process of EAF,this thesis introduces the research status of energy input curve of electric arc furnace and analyzes the significance of the research.According to the characteristics of voltage curve of EAF,the arc voltage waveform is approximated as a trapezoidal waveform and Fourier expansion.The work reactance model of EAF was established according to the mechanism characteristics and its validity and accuracy was proved.By analyzing the reaction situation of electric arc furnace,the EAF steelmaking smelting model was established according to the principle of material balance.According to the conservation of energy,the EAF steelmaking thermal model is established.After analyzing the situation of oxygen blowing and power supply of EAF,the EAF smelting process is divided into three stages.The stage energy supply optimization model and the whole process of energy supply optimization model were established respectively.After determining the energy supply model of EAF,the characteristics of EAF energy supply model are analyzed.And some solutions to the problems of nonlinear,multi-objective optimization,mixing domains and constraints in the model are proposed.In this thesis,a multiobjective particle swarm optimization algorithm based on adaptive grid and iterative optimization parameters is used to solve the EAF optimization model.This algorithm can make the global optimal solution closer to the real Pareto front.Finally,based on the 70t electric arc furnace project in Xuzhou,the results of the stage energy supply optimization model and the whole process of energy supply optimization model are comparatively analyzed.The energy supply curve of electric arc furnace is established according to the results of the whole process energy supply optimization model.
