This thesis consists of five chapters.The first chapter mainly summarizes the research progress of the chemical composition and pharmacological activity of Zijuan tea at home and abroad.The second and third chapters respectively study the chemical composition of Zijuan tea produced in Menghai and Bangdong.Chapter 4 measures the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity of Menghai Zijuan.Chapter 5 summarizes the work of the thesis."Zijuan" is a variant of the large-leaf tea tree species in Yunnan,belonging to the Camellia sinensis(L.)O.Kuntze of the Camellia genus Theaeeae.In early 1985,it was cultivated by the Tea Research Institute of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences.It is named after its bud tips,leaves,stems,calyx,pedicel,and tea soup are purple.Compared with conventional large leaf green tea,it contains higher content of anthocyanins,flavonoids,caffeine and zinc.The content of anthocyanins in Zijuan tea is about three times that of ordinary red bud tea.At present,it is the tea tree species with the highest anthocyanin content in tea.Among them,a total of 12 compounds were isolated from the methanol extract of Zijuan from the Menghai area,which were identified as: kaempferol(1),(-)-epicatechin-3-O-gallate(2),(+)-epicatechin(3),myricetin(4),epicatechin-3-O-(3''-O-methyl)gallate(5)quercetin(6),,gallic acid(7),epigallocatechin gallate(8),3-O-galloyl quinine(9),strictinin(10),1,4,6-tri-O-galloyl-?-D-glucose(11),caffeine(12).Eight compounds were isolated from Zijuan tea from Bangdong origin,which were six catechins and their derivatives,one tannin and one alkaloid,Part of the compounds were separated from Menghai and compounds 2,5,8,10,12 were obtained.Zijuan tea has anti-oxidant,antihypertensive,anti-inflammatory,anti-proliferative,antibacterial,hypoglycemic,and potential cosmetic effects that affect lipid metabolism.In this paper,the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities of crude extracts,ethyl acetate phase,aqueous phase and isolated compounds of Zijuan tea from Erhai Lake were determined.Among them,Compound 11 showed good antioxidant activity,Compound 1,3,4,6,8-11 all have significant anti-inflammatory activity.In addition,Zijuan tea was found to contain a large amount of polymers.In this paper,the chemical components of Zijuan tea are separated and their activity is determined,which provides a certain scientific basis and theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Yunnan Zijuan tea.
