As an important equipment to realize the mechanization and modernization of mine mining,the shearer has the characteristics of complex structure and harsh working environment.The traditional shearer design mainly adopts the analogy method and designs according to the expert design experience.It is often necessary to make adjustments and improvements after designing and producing the physical prototype and conducting test analysis.In addition,due to the complicated working environment of the shearer,the user The design requirements of the shearer are also correspondingly increased.The traditional design methods have shortcomings such as low design efficiency,long development cycle,and insufficient innovation capability,which cannot meet the increasing user demand.This requires designers to continuously improve their innovation capabilities and break through traditional design thinking.In view of the problems existing in the design technology of coal mining machine,this paper introduces the modern design method and the innovative design theory into the field of shearer design,and builds the framework of the innovative design service platform system of the shearer,focusing on the knowledge base construction technology,crawling technology,Three-dimensional model display technology and personalized information push four key technologies.On this basis,the Internet-based shearer innovative design service platform was developed.The platform has the functions of innovating design resource query,network resource search and personalized information push of shearer,which realizes the sharing of mining shearer design resources and improves mining.The efficiency of coal machine design and the enhancement of designers' innovation ability are of great significance.According to the analysis of the existing research status of the existing mechanical product innovation design platform,combined with the knowledge base,information retrieval system,design method library and computer-aided thinking in the computer support tools of the creativity model,the innovative design service platform of the shearer is completed.Demand analysis.Through the demand analysis,the functional module design of the platform,the platform architecture and the overall framework were established,and the platform development environment and development tools were determined.Using Visual Studio2015 as a development tool,using SQL Server 2008 as database management software,using C#,Python and other programming languages,developed the innovative design service platform of the shearer,focusing on the development of the shearer innovation knowledge base,python-based dedicated web crawler,functional modules based on WebGL 3D display parts library.Finally,the system was tested for system function test,performance test,compatibility test and security test.The reliability and stability of the platform were verified by application examples.
